Joined Ratehawk thinking this will be a great B2b relationship.
We have not been able to access the booking platform for 3 months and no one returns our emails to contact us.. we have lodged on their site to, to no avail.
Having to look for a new hotel group for our agency. We have given up.

Booked a hotel with these guys. I went on to my reservation to verify check in time and the booking had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. I contacted them and they told me, basically, too bad so sad, then said I wasn't getting refunded. I was, luckily, able to get a room with another vendor for the same hotel. I had to contact my bank and do a chargeback. These people are complete scammers. The level of FRAUD is astounding. You cancel people's bookings, leave them stranded and then pocket their money and tell them "too bad". No thank you.

I have been using Ratehawk since 2021 with no issues for the most part until now. I have a small group of persons staying at a hotel and there is some issue with my account which is not allowing me the option to pay using my company cards as I always do. I sent multiple emails, called multiple times and each time the support team said my account manager would reach out to me. I tried sending emails to her directly and calling her but there is literally NO RESPONSE. I had to go to another b2b portal and ended up paying more out of my pocket for my client's bookings just to ensure that they have the trip that was promised to them and my reputation remains intact. This lack of communication is ATROCIOUS. I will not use them anymore.

I booked two clients hotels through RateHawk. All went well with their stays, but I am having extreme difficulty with being paid my commission. The trips were in May and June. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month and still no resolution. They claimed payment was sent back from my bank, but account is correct and I added a second option. Still waiting!!

I Booked an hotel and got provided a confirmation number of the booking. On the date of check-in I called the hotel and was told my reservation was cancelled 4 days ago by someone. I had to find alternate accommodations as the hotel was booked out, turned out o be a terrible vacation. My booking agent directed me to Ratehawk for help no one responded to my email. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they claimed it as a valid charge and refused to provide any proof of who cancelled the reservation. Total scammers.

I have been trying to do bookings with an agent / company called: Travelstep Solomatova.K.O.FOP. Company ID: 2853721346
I fell ill and asked my legal team to continue with the bookings. My team went as far as to contact various vendors and NONE of them received payment for my requests. I've paid 2258Euros in total. The agent cut off our contact and blocked us everywhere after my lawyer stared asking questions to the agent.

These people clearly extort people for money. I do not understand how a platform like this can be associated with these people.

This is clearly fraud and we demand full refund for our money paid. We can provide all documentation if needed.

Now RateHawk stand back and say there is NO affiliation between them and the company? Ratehawk did the financial request from my bank account. Ratehawk should have some kind of protection in place. Ratehawk should know who and what companies is making use of their platform.

Or is Ratehawk involved in the fraud?

We will take legal action should this matter not be resolved urgently.

Please be aware with this company 100% Fraud ,staff they don't know what are they talking about only one one word they have to say SORRY and we ae working on it joke .....we purchased airlines ticket last month paid by card and ticket issued apparently but after few hours tickets were voided .... we were stranded at the airport without tickets and we have been told by local airlines we have been scammed by rate hawk ..

La asistencia es una estafa. Como agencia pagamos una reserva en un apartamento en Alicante para un cliente y en la direccion de recogida de llaves que figura en el bono no hay nadie. Llamamos al telefono de emergencias que figura en el bono (+34 932 359 274) y la respuesta es que mandaran un email. El cliente esperando y sin respuesta del proveedor. Hasta el dia de hoy (fecha de salida) no hay respuesta alguna ni por telefono, ni por email , ni nada. Una estafa

This company has attempted 3 fraudulent Charges on my credit card of a $1101.02. I would use them if you paid me.

I booked a hotel in Gabala, Azerbaijan using ratehawk’s b2b portal and had a very bad experience where the clients booking was not there at the hotel and they had to look for another hotel late at night.

I’m a travel agent among 1000’s of agents in Dubai and our only selling point is our service.
Unfortunately, my reputation as a reliable travel agent took a hit because of the incompetence of ratehawk’s support team and their account manager who doesn’t even pick up calls and reply on WhatsApp. Will not book again with them.

If you are a travel agent and looking for b2b options for hotels do check out Hotelrack, Rezlive, Akbar travels and Expedia. These suppliers are very reliable and live upto their standards.

Not sure if this is legit. As a hotel we needed to charge the reservation but unfortunately, the card details were invalid. Furthermore, we called their support line which we found suspicious and never got any feedback again from them.

My clients Airplane caught fire and had an emergency landing. I called Ratehawk immediately with the mew information as well as the new flight times and number. I was told the transfer would still be ok. When my clients land I see an email that Ratehawk canceled there transfer and they were refunded. I tried to call Ratehawk and email them for help. I have yet to hear back and my clients had to find a cab. If I would have known or received a call I would have been able to fix this issue while they were still in the air.
1. They said the flight change would not be an issue.
2. the emailed me at 1AM my time that they are going to cancel and did not bother to call me so I could fix it.
3. they did nothing on there end to find a new transfer (I'm sure they don't only work with one transfer company).
4. I have been unable to speak with anyone about this incident to see how it could have been handled differently as no one has returned calls or emails.
