I made booking with Ratehawk but due to system glitch or something, when client reached at the hotel, they didn't found the booking.

Please add some process from your end to provide Hotel Confirmation Voucher number once you get confirmation from the Hotel. If not, set process to notify travel agent and action needs to be taken. I have seen similar process being followed on other B2B portal where I explicity get email with Hotel confirmation Voucher number.

During our first booking with your company, our customer encountered a medical emergency, and we promptly provided all the necessary documentation for a refund. However, despite our efforts, the refund process has been incredibly slow and inefficient. It is evident that your company lacks a strong customer service system, which has only added to our frustration.

I've been booking through RateHawk for a good while. It generally offers a great variety of hotels and fair pricing. Response times from support could be better during busy periods too. Nonetheless, it's proven userful for planing trips for those I work with. I'll definitely keep it in my toolkit

Non existent company that I have reported for fraud. Once payment has been made they are not contactable. Dont request formal account confirmation as they've managed to create very legitimate looking bank letters.

No hay ningún tipo de garantías en el servicio que ofrecen. Hace poco compré unos Hospedaje para un cliente, el cliente llegó y el Hotel no le recibió. Hago el reclamo y me responden con que el Hotel no acepta hacerse cargo. Antes también me pasó que compré unos boletos aéreos y ellos me los cancelaron. Llegó la pasajera al aeropuerto y no tenía vuelos, tuve que comprar vuelos nuevamente, pagar doble y cuando le reclamé a ellos nuevamente se la lavaron las manos. el gerente de cuentas que me asignaron lo único que hace es andar un teléfono con WhatsApp para recibir mensaje, pero es una persona que no me ha mandado un dedo para ayudarte a resolver. Bin mehr als 20 Jahre im Travel Business - unmögliches Service. Eine Wechsel der Zimmerkategorie dauert 10 Tage!!!! Bearbeitungszeit obwohl im Hotel verfügbar. 3 Tage vor Anreise des Kunden, hat man Aufzahlung verlangt. Im Chat wird man hin und her gereicht, wiederholt alle Angaben Tag für Tag und wird vertröstet. Sehr schlechtes Staff oder es ist Absicht dahinter und man möchte mit solchen Aktionen ein Zusatzeinkommen generieren...

Ich habe bei einer Europareise einige Hotels über Ratehawk gebucht. Jedesmal wenn Probleme auftraten war niemand erreichbar, uns würde nicht geholfen. Anschließend versprach man uns eine Wiedergutmachung, sagte sogar dass diese nun überwiesen würde, aber wechselte ständig der Verkaufsleiter und auf das Geld warten wir noch heute.

I have spoken to travellers who have booked through an agent using Ratehawk. Ratehawk and the hotel confirms booking and payment. On the day of check in booking is shown as cancelled and clients need to wait or make a booking and pay and wait for agent to resolve with Ratehawk. Seems service is dropping
