Years ago when Ratehawk was offering their platform we were skeptycal as we were very satisfied with other providers but after
another travel agency showed me all the advantages of the platform I agreed to give it a try. Never regreted that decision and
now we use Ratehawk almost exclusively. Booking engine is super easy to use and compared to other platforms there are so many
different and very useful filters + pre-checking is done in hotels in order to avoid any problems at the arrival of the clients.
Very few issues we ever had has been handled quickly by the support team or account manager who always does her best to get everything
sorted asap. We definitely recommend Ratehawk as a B2B partner.

Non-existent company! No one is replying or giving a clear answer whatsoever. The account manager is always on vacation. No reply for 3 days, and no answer or help for reservations that they have canceled. They don't have any proof that we requested to cancel, nor do they have logs or anything. Our customers are angry and left without rooms and they are not helping.

Vane Travel LLC has been cooperating with Ratehawk since may, 2023. Very responsive and reliable company which you can trust fully. We highly recommend.

I have used RateHawk.com for my work, it's very easy and simple system, good prices and very good support. It's one of the best platform that I used ever. Highly recommended! Excellent organization!!!

Booking with this company has been very easy and a greatest experience

"I run a travel agency, and I have been using Ratehawk for the past year. Everything went smoothly, and we fixed a quite nice booking with them until last Friday when we booked a hotel in Positano for one of our clients. However, just 10 minutes after checking into the room, the client called us extremely upset, requesting an immediate hotel change. The room was extremely dirty, and there was an animal in the toilet.

We promptly filed a claim with Ratehawk, but to our surprise, they rejected our request for a refund or at least a partial refund (which amounted to 1800 euros over 5 days). I'm shocked that a platform like Ratehawk doesn't have insurance to provide peace of mind to its clients, given that accidents like this can unfortunately happen. I'm not sure about the legality of this situation, as it seems that operating a business without any form of protection or insurance may not be compliant with the law." I have to pay the hotel, even if my client runs out, and we showed all the photo, and i have booked another hotel for them. in total we had an unexpected cash out of 5000 not bad! thanks for this experience

Our Client has been denied in resort due to overbooking and ratehawk not wanting to take any responsibility of this situation! Not any information has been sent before arrival of our guest. Nobody from this company cares about partners from travel industry. Just a very unproffesional manner. After numerous emails and messages they just have been transfered to other hotel of this chain to 20km far away resort.
Terrible service and always some misunderstanding with RateHawk staff. Sending discounts for booking and not willing to pay the commision afterwards! Money is held by this company and they are not willing to pay proper commision ! Clients in uncomfortable situation and nobody cares from this company. Just send 5%discount for future booking! Disgraceful, NOT ANYMORE ANY OF COOPERATION. Avoid this travel booking company. Just a waste of time and energy

Ratehawk is a very reliable B2B booking tool. Great prices, good payment methods, many options, a user-friendly system, strong support, and a sales team that is by our side 24/7.
The reward program with points for the user gives also extra help for the travel agent, to use it both for work or for personal reasons. I would recommend to any agency to register and work with them.
A big thank you to everyone in Ratehawk for this amazing co-operation!

The support often make my job easier

Very good support! Most of the times, their prices are the cheapest and the cancellation policies are closest to the check in dates.

The training was biased, and not deeply explained. Trained in the main thing to do when we start work for only 3hours. Given log ins and everything but later dismissed
Training was not paid.

DO NOT USE!!THEy are a scam!!! They promised me a full refund I only got 560 out of 1600. Promised me made me book another hotel for double the money. No one knows a thing when you call after promises!! Do not use!!!

Great service ! Prices are lower than competitors. Almost no complaints about Ratehawk.

Beware! This is a Russian company. It’s actually Emerging travel. This company is NOT based in US like they claim. Their US address is a virtual office. Credit card payments will not go through and bookings will be canceled. They will say it’s a security thing and you will get a confirmation but the hotel won’t have your room! The service is horrible! Don’t use this company!

A guy put in the group about make 100 till 250 € with Ratehawk and I eanr first time and the second time I had to put 136 and 500€ to complete the 40 journeys and get the money back, now I need to put 1556€ to get my money back, but I don’t believe this and I just want the money I paid before back. How I can do ?

Am a registered travel agent with Ratehawk and have had a truly bad experience when booking hotels for clients. Room listings on the platform are incorrect, therefore having further issues with customers as its not how it was listed on Ratehawk. Raised the matter, but was fobbed off with lame excuses. I have had to compensate my clients for the shortfall.

The account manager has been very unprofessional with incorrect and misleading information which has resulted in further complications to customer bookings. An apology is not enough to overcome the distress. I really cannot gather what the purpose of an account manager is if they are unable to assist fully.

I highly suggest finding other B2B suppliers that care about their agents rather than fobbing them off with excuses.
