Beställde transfer till/från Malaga-Estepona och båda resorna misslyckades dom med.
1:a resan hittade dom inte hotellet och lämnade då av oss 650 m från hotellet, 2:a resan samma sak trots att meeting point var just hotellentren. Dom svarar heller inte i telefon, så det blir aldrig mer en resa med detta urusla bolag 👎👎

My experience with RateHawk has had its ups and downs. In the beginning I had issues with a reservation and had little support. When a new account manager was assigned all of my issues have been resolved or addressed. With a renewed commitment on 24/7 service and better pricing from my sales rep, Daniel, I am happy to use RateHawk for my VIP clientele.

Daniel introduced the Rate Hawk product to our agency a couple months ago. He has worked hard to onboard our agents to their platform. I’m very impressed with their website and prices. Very good customer service and competitive rates

Made several bookings last year. Support was always there to order extra bed or change the dates. Definitely will use next time.

I booked a holiday using an independent agent via Inteletravel in May 2022 and had received all paperwork prior to departing. I arrived in New York City on December 13th 2022 to find out I had no hotel booked and they had let my agent know prior. Ofcourse, after conversations my agent denied they knew this and had to contact Ratehawk as this is who they booked it through. My agent then sent me a confirmation for another hotel to relocate me which I had to confirm via writing if I wanted her to proceed with booking or I wanted her to refund it. This happened another 3 times before I was actually allocated a hotel room, in a hotel I didn’t even authorise to book which infact was a distance from our original hotel and was not up to our standards. We even questioned on the night if we can be moved the next day as we did not authorise this hotel to have been booked and would’ve chosen the refund but was told we was too late!! If all the other hotels needed authorisation via email why did this one not?! And if it did who gave it!!

After going backwards and forwards they are not helping and after gathering advice I have sent them a complaint back on the 01st February 2022 for a response within 14 days. They clarified they needed 28 days, and to my surprise it’s been over that and still no response! They say they are waiting for you to respond back to them!

I will be taking this further until I receive a response and compensation has been received as the disruption and stress this caused along with not authorising the hotel is appalling as one of the first 3 could’ve then been booked rather than us walking around New York City and actually missing a pre booked show the first night too!!!
