Enorme garanzia...assistenza top a tutte le ore !!!!

I started using Ratehawk in June last year and have used them several times, they are brilliant! Prices are often better than other websites including going direct. Would highly recommend and intend to use for most of my bookings.

I have used RateHawk many times for hotel bookings, I find their system is very simple to use, efficient and their prices are very competitive. I like the fact they have an app so I can make bookings easily on the go! My clients have always been very happy with everything I have booked them through this supplier.

Client stuck in resort and ratehawk not wanting to take ownership of the mess! They have not paid the hotel on resort therefore the clients have had to pay £5000 just to leave the island to make their flight home as a gesture of goodwill. After numerous emails and messages they just come back
Saying they are working on it as a generic response! Terrible service and systems as always errors! Money is held by this company and not willing to pay it over ! Clients in nightmare situation. Disgraceful

Booked a room for October 8th, they set it for November 8th. And now they refuse to give a refund for their mistake. I've been on the phone for 45 minutes waiting to talk with the manager but they're not answering. I would give them a 0 if I could. This company is a total scam and nor worth the trouble.

I booked a holiday with an agent of Rate Hawk. They took my money for a 2 bedroomed room. When I received confirmation it was for a Quadruple family room. I checked with agent this was definitely the 2 bedroomed I paid for, yes, she said.
On arrival we were put in a room with 4 beds in one room.
Reception at hotel said this is what was booked and I had to pay 630 euros for 2 bedrooms. I messaged back and forth with agent and at no time was I told not to pay. They will not refund me my money now for the extra paid. I have a thread of messages from booking to last week where I have proof of what I was being told.
The address they had given the taxi company for transfer was also wrong so from landing at Antalya, it was 5 hours before we got to hotel, 3.10am!! You can imagine then being put in wrong room.
Shambles of a company. Would not recommend anyone book with them.

If you are genuine why dont reply the people complain. It means you are guilty

I have worked with RATEHAWK for over 5 years however recently they have shown their true colors.

They have advertised rates on their websites which when I went ahead to make payment for, said there were no rooms available at that rate. I had already taken money from the customer so I couldnt call the customer back to pay more as that is bad business practice.

I contacted RATEHAWK and all they said was that it was not their fault. Its laughable as it was their website advertisinf expired rates for more than a week after i had put in the complaint and they still refued it was their mistake.

Stay away from this company and do not deal with them. Michela Ladmanova was the unhelpful manager I dealt with.

After reading their response, you can see for yourself how absurd they are. Ratehawk expects you to make potential payments for a booking that cant be confirmed. Someone please teach them how to do business. Business is done on trust and efficiency. We have competitors in the market with similar rates who are able to offer clients authentic prices however we have Ratehawk here telling us to take payment from customers but not guarantee them haha. Essentially, Ratehawk is not a authentic and trustworthy platform. They say it themselves.

Todo genial. Trabajamos con ellos y todo perfecto. Dan disponibilidad en multitud de apartamentos y hoteles, y a buen precio. Ofrecen bastantes formas de pago. Es una empresa totalmente segura, y además, una atención al cliente muy recomendable. Tuve un problema con ellos y me lo solucionaron ENSEGUIDA. Muy contentos con Ratehawk, ¡esperemos que sigan así!

we have hotel in spain registered with this company but this company is like mafia they are not releasing our two month payments now they are ignoring all our email and calls now I have called the hotel support I have spoken to alex they said there is no one responsible for this happen keep sending emails
