I was nervous about using an online mortgage broker, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Real Genius again. The entire process was as seamless as it could be. The team was responsive, efficient, and extremely organized. The title company said they had never heard of Real Genius but went out of their way to share how fast and thorough the information flow was.

I just can’t say enough about how easy they made the process and, most importantly, every number at closing was almost exactly what they said it would be in the initial quote.

Mr. Rod Davis was such a patient, knowledgeable and wonderful help. Big decisions & lots of angst with it but literally Mr. Davis was there for all my questions. So much information and numbers but all explaining no matter how many times I asked and he didn’t make me feel less than or ignorant for asking. I felt that way but this I can really say Mr. Davis made this experience as stressful that I felt it was for me as best as it could be & I’m appreciative of it!
