Hands down best rate in the market! Shopped around with several lenders and no one else could beat Real Genius. Approval process was very smooth. In terms of room for improvement, at closing there was a minor paperwork mix up but got it resolved within 30 minutes.

excellent company. Mr. Mike Eller was the best! when a bank wouldn't even try to give me an FHA loan, he worked hard and got me an FHA loan. He was always available to answer all of my 100's of questions. Walked me through every step. This was my first time buying a house. I've always heard buying a house is very stressful and it is. But Mr. Mike and John made it as less stressful as possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone that's buying a home.

I had a very good experience with Real Genius. They offered very competitive rate and the amount that I needed to purchase the home. They are very responsive at all the questions and steps. They kept me informed at all times and worked with my realtor and insurance company to get the closing done on time! The closing process is super easy since a lot of the forms are also signed electronically. Definitely recommend them to others for home loan!

John was responsive, kind, and, knowledgable. He knows his business and made me feel secure about the process. He was transparent about all facets in order to best prepare me for the next steps after the loan application.

Mike Remillard was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I'm a first time home buyer and he patiently answered all of my questions in detail and never seemed rushed. The underwriting department worked with me on a minor concern from the appraisal to ensure that closing went through on the originally scheduled date.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I continued to receive requests for additional information for underwriting just a week before closing. Again I'm a first time home buyer so I'm not sure whether that's normal but that was stressful for me. They should request everything for closing up front and promptly review information submitted in order to let customers know if any clarification is needed.

Joel Bolton was our initial contact at Real Genius and remained in touch throughout the process. Both Joel and James Baxter, the loan processor, were very responsive to questions and concerns. They also were very helpful when we made some changes during the application phase. I would definitely recommend them to others seeking a mortgage loan.
