ive now got this sorted and with help from staff over the phone its almost completed

Very poor service when I applied to cash in my pension. I initially requested the cash in about a month ago, and have chased once by phone and once by email. No updates were provided by Reassure on how my request was progressing. I have therefore phoned a second time today, only to be told that Reassure were unable to process my request via the online process. Why hadn't I been told this before?

DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!!!!!!
I had 3 pension plans and wanted to do a small draw-down from the smallest one. I was told that I had to take 25% of the pension value and the rest will have to be transferred to Standard Life as new policy. Despite not wanting 25% I said ok just to get the relevant draw-down. All was supposed to be have been sorted in the phonecall with both ReAssure and Standard Life. However ReAssure gives Standard Life details of one the other policies and now there are 2 policies bouncing between the 2 companies who are just sitting on instructions from myself to correct. They keep saying that are going to call me back the same day but they never do. I'm still waiting for the draw-down, can't be do until Standard Life requests the 75% of funds from the correct policy number. TOTAL SHAMBLES!!!! Couldn't organise a P-up a brewery!!!!
This transaction was supposed to have taken less that 10 days and is still unresolved as we approach a month. Plus they are expecting me wait another 10 days from when they actually process it correctly.
I have lodged complaints with both companies and will be taking this to the PRA and FCA for breaches of GDPR.

Georgia was very polite and to the point. She took me through the process proficiently and explained everything to me in a way that was understandable for me, excellent….

Very helpful and professional approach by Charlotte helping me through my query. Monitored the phone line when she passed me to the surrender policy department to ensure wasn't kept waiting too long and got back to me in a few minutes with other action options as the phone line was busy.
Links to forms sent promptly and not her fault that the reassure links didn't work but the link to the forms did so all done now. that's how business should be done.

Ms Thomas was very helpful and put my mind at ease as my payment has been taking a long while when it should have been sorted a week ago. She told me that I should receive my payment within three to five working days. I'm hoping that this will be the case. I guess we'll have to wait and see. Overall I found her to be very helpful.
