Rebel Sabers has amazing customer service. They reached out to fix an issue that even I wasn’t aware of and worked to resolve it promptly. Shipping was fast and my order came in great conditions. So happy with my sabers!

This wasn’t my first time ordering something from rebel sabers (hopefully not my last either hehe) so I’d say my experience ordering from this site has been decent in terms of quality and wait time.

The saber is phenomenal, and the customer service was incredible. The only issue I have with my experience overall is that all of the pieces that screw into the hilt are very loose and come unscrewed very easily. I’ve already lost the activating button on the shoto saber.

Rebel Sabers continues to deliver great quality and service with every purchase we make. This time we had a custom order for my son's birthday and they not only sent us our order on time and in the usual great quality, but went above and beyond to send my son a nice card and extra gift for his birthday which he has loved and played with daily since he got it. My saber quit working a little over a year after purchasing. I hadn’t used it very often and then basically to just turn it on and play around for a few minutes. I had plugged it in to charge and weird grinding noises ensued then nothing. It never charged. I wrote to Rebel Sabers to vent figuring I was out 300 bucks and the saber but not only did they respond they ultimately sent a mailing label to send the hilt back AND they fixed it! Find any other business that would do that! If you want a light saber then this is the place to buy it! I’m not promising anything here. Just relating my experience, but I think this is one awesome place to do business!
