This company offers a good service at a competitive price. I had a slight problem with my reglaze, but this was resolved without any fuss. Would recommend using this company.

Very reasonably priced and quick turnaround. We converted an old pair of my daughter's glasses into sunglasses ready for summer. Excellent job and much cheaper than buying a specific pair from the optician.

I have purchased varifocal glasses from Reglaze My Spex four times. My most recent purchase initially seemed fine, but after a few months I began having difficulty reading with them.
I visited an independent optician who kindly checked the lenses and confirmed that the right lens was stronger than my prescription. I contacted Reglaze My Spex by email Amy responded and was offered the option to return the glasses for inspection, which I agreed to.
I then followed up to ask for a prepaid return label, as the issue was due to an error with the lenses and I did not feel I should pay postage for this. Since sending that email, I have received no response.
Very disappointing customer service, particularly given that this was a repeat purchase. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when using this company.

Used this company 7 or more times for basic single or bifocal lenses and was fine, I then ordered no line bifocals + transition lenses £125. They arrived but I could not adapt to them so asked for a refund they said yes, send the lenses back ... i sent the lenses back and they haven't sent me my refund and ignore any email messages I have sent to them, unfortunately no phone number to get in direct contact with them. Very dissapointed after giving them plenty of custom to be treated like this.

First class service again. This is the third time I've used Reglazemyspecs, on each occasion efficient, simple and a great price.
