It’s really difficult to get anyone to reply to emails.
They have my sofa set for sale and do not update me on the status.
At one point it was showing sold when it wasn’t. On another occasion someone had it in their basket and didn’t buy it but the admin department forgot to re-list it.
It’s very frustrating when all I want is to be kept updated. It’s not a lot to ask.

Seems this company good for buying but appalling service if you’re selling.

My Italian Bontempi pieces collected speedily and efficiently but since then, 2 months ago, absolute silence.

No response to emails and no one answers the phone.

Absolutely terrible customer service - despite my table selling I have still not received payment.
Initial positive experience with Rehaus, received a valuation and the table was collected promptly. Communication then fell off a cliff. I chased every few weeks for an update, they would take aprox 1 week to respond. Eventually I was told that my table had sold and that post the 30 returns period I would receive remittance advice and payment. At this point, despite asking I didn’t even know what the table was sold for! After more chasing received remittance advice and told I would be paid within 5 working days. It’s now been 20 working days and nothing. I am now chasing daily to get my money. Incredibly stressful and time consuming. Is it a scam?

I still wonder if this is a scam. Someone same to collect 2 very expensive lamps a while ago and since my seller portal is not being updated, I have sent 4 emails to which I have no responses, I have called and no one picks up the phone and the lamps are not on the website either.
Be very careful with rehaus! This is actually very worrying!

Absolutely lovely items, Kartell lamps, Maxalto tables and USM Cabinet. All in excellent condition. Very efficient delivery and comms. I will use Rehaus in future. A very good experience and exceptional products.

We were very please with the chairs which arrived in good time and as per the description. It is also encouraging to know we are helping the circular economy. We would recommend Rehaus to others and will shop with them again.

Just had my new back door fitted by Michael & Anthony from Rehau. I am very pleased with their professional work and cannot praise them enough. Clean and tidy conscious too! Their care and attention to the job is well above average! They are by far, the best installers I have encountered. Thank you lads, well done, very happy with the job.

Very bad company, stay away from it. I sent a B&B table and chairs for sale to Rehaus. After they received them they told me that the table had some scratches and wasn't in optimal condition for sale, which was very strange because I had send lots of pictures which perfectly proved the condition. However we agreed that they would try put it for auction and they will keep me updated about it. They have never contacted me since then. I have sent them a few emails asking for an update but don't respond. Totally unacceptable, they keep high end furniture that doesn't belong to them and they never reply to emails! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Shopping the site was easy, we made an offer that was quickly accepted, shipping was swift and efficient, product was in perfect condition upon arrival and from start to finish it was a brilliant experience! We'll definitely return!

Our sofa was collected 6 weeks ago and we've had no communication from rehaus since. I emailed them and asked what was happening and I had 2 conflicting replies but nothing explained where our sofa is.
We are considering contacting the police to report the sofa stolen as we can't contact rehaus and it's not on their website.

Description and delivery as said. Very pleased with the purchase.
