I thought Hermes was bad back in the day, but this company is shocking. They have a parcel stuck in their system that I have been waiting on for over 10 days. The tracking hasn't been updated for days. If you buy or sell anything on Vinted, just make sure you don't pick this service; pay the extra quid for a different, reliable service.

Shocking company. Keep waiting for deliveries which never arrive as stated

Honestly the worst delivery app ive used. Its a tracking service but you cant actually track in real time. Updates are pretty much none existant.

Absolutely diabolical company. For such a new company they're so bad. Customer service is zero, no replies to any contact. Items missing, tracking not updating, parcels not collected from shops by a courier.

This service doesn't even deserve one star, the worst delivery service ever all 4 of my vinted parcels delayed or lost.

Awful service, I’ve just sold and purchased lots of items on Vinted, multiple packages haven’t been delivered some have timed out so buyer refunded although they have been posted with confirmation emails. Every item that’s been posted using relay is having issues, tracking has been stuck for 14+ days, for multiple orders Vinted are having to contact relay directly to ask what’s going on, others already refunded due to the timings expiring. The few that have been posted using everi or InPost have been delivered 10+ days ago. Going forward I’m no longer selecting relay as a delivery choice and I’m removing it as an option for others to choose for delivery. When I filled in a contact form I had to copy and paste around 12 tracking numbers for missing packages when asked to provide the tracking number I’m
Enquiring about.

Sent 2 emails complaining that my order has been with courier almost a week now with no response! Judging by some of these reviews I wouldn’t b surprised if the item was stolen as it was a sought after toy !

What a totally unprofessional company sent me a QR code to pick up my parcel from drop off point,they hadn’t delivered anything to them for 4 days,emails over 3 days no response,retailer tried to contact them no response,do not use these if you want anything delivering,they either lose everything or the drivers steal them.

Horrible courier to use. Should be banned and penalised heavily. Third parcel gone, disappeared, they don't know anything. Trying to contact them is pointless.. stay away from it!

I’ve been waiting over 10 days for my Vinted package to be delivered. They say to fetch it from a shop but the shop says they don’t they don’t deal with Relay anymore. Two complaints put to the company but no constructive replies.

Really bad company. Drivers never attempt to deliver.
Failed delivery when you never even knocked.

Apparently a delivery start-up, but clearly they have no idea how to deliver parcels. Much like everyone else, no tracking updates and no delivery meant a loss of a Vinted sale without being able to claim.

This is clearly a scam company who just steal parcels and will eventually go out of business.

DO NOT USE THESE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I totally grimace when I find out that companies or people use Relay to send me packages. They are not reliable , the web site always has glitches. You cannnot get ghe information you need to find whst the journey of your parcel is. Really frustrates me this company so much.

Package has been on its way to my city for two days. I have tried to contact customer support and no response. Also the original sender says it’s nothing to do with them and all logistics with relay. I was expecting the delivery for multiple days, and I needed it for an event. Would never use again.

Pathetic company no customer service and delivery drivers are rude abusive

Shocking company, stating they attempted deliveries during the day yet they tried at 20.00, two attempts and then returned the item but to USA. Unbelievable not to be trusted or used.

This is now the second time I have sent a Vinted parcel using Relay, only for the customer not to receive their item and for the parcel not to be returned to me either.

As a seller, this is extremely frustrating and concerning. I am left without confirmation that the customer has received their purchase, without my item being returned and without a clear resolution.

A delivery service should provide accountability and transparency throughout the shipping process. Having the same issue occur twice raises serious concerns about the reliability of the service and the handling of parcels.

I would like to see greater accountability, improved parcel tracking and a clear process for resolving missing or undelivered shipments. Sellers should not be left chasing answers or potentially losing both their items and their money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a costume for Halloween over 2 weeks ago. They bombarded me with emails and messages to change to collection to a drop box near my house so I didn’t have to be in when the parcel arrived (Even though I had paid more money for this to be delivered to my house). Due to the over whelming amount of bad reviews I had read I was worried it wouldn’t come if I didn’t change it to a drop box location So i changed it. I then received an email saying the shop that is near my house was not receiving parcels. So they were sending it to a drop box a 20 minute walk away and I don’t drive. My parcel still has not arrived even though they got it 6 days ago. I have emailed support 4 days ago about my parcel being sent to a drop box far away and then have not responded at all. They also have not gave a delivery date or updated tracking information over all they are just useless. If I have a package being delivered by them again I will cancel the order. Because at this point I just don’t think they’re going to deliver it.
