Package has been on its way to my city for two days. I have tried to contact customer support and no response. Also the original sender says it’s nothing to do with them and all logistics with relay. I was expecting the delivery for multiple days, and I needed it for an event. Would never use again.

Pathetic company no customer service and delivery drivers are rude abusive

Shocking company, stating they attempted deliveries during the day yet they tried at 20.00, two attempts and then returned the item but to USA. Unbelievable not to be trusted or used.

This is now the second time I have sent a Vinted parcel using Relay, only for the customer not to receive their item and for the parcel not to be returned to me either.

As a seller, this is extremely frustrating and concerning. I am left without confirmation that the customer has received their purchase, without my item being returned and without a clear resolution.

A delivery service should provide accountability and transparency throughout the shipping process. Having the same issue occur twice raises serious concerns about the reliability of the service and the handling of parcels.

I would like to see greater accountability, improved parcel tracking and a clear process for resolving missing or undelivered shipments. Sellers should not be left chasing answers or potentially losing both their items and their money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a costume for Halloween over 2 weeks ago. They bombarded me with emails and messages to change to collection to a drop box near my house so I didn’t have to be in when the parcel arrived (Even though I had paid more money for this to be delivered to my house). Due to the over whelming amount of bad reviews I had read I was worried it wouldn’t come if I didn’t change it to a drop box location So i changed it. I then received an email saying the shop that is near my house was not receiving parcels. So they were sending it to a drop box a 20 minute walk away and I don’t drive. My parcel still has not arrived even though they got it 6 days ago. I have emailed support 4 days ago about my parcel being sent to a drop box far away and then have not responded at all. They also have not gave a delivery date or updated tracking information over all they are just useless. If I have a package being delivered by them again I will cancel the order. Because at this point I just don’t think they’re going to deliver it.

It’s was late for the second time when it was meant to be delivered

My parcel was left on the doorstep despite me saying if no one is in leave at the neighbours, it took me five minutes from receiving the photo of the parcel at the doorstep to getting home and my parcel was gone. £168 parcel and it’s gone. Absolutely shite

Why anyone uses relay i dont know , it would be quicker to walk to the otherside of the country than wait for these to deliver, if your a company and considering using these then dont ,trust me you will lose customers, they also tell your item is waiting at your chosen place , but its not is it relay,its still a few days off from even looking inside a van

Absolutely shocking service ! Posted a parcel 9 days ago. Buyer still not received. I've sent 2 emails - no reply to any. I will never use Relay again! A very angry customer.

If I could rate it 0 I would!!!!! Parcel has taken 2 weeks from cult beauty! Still not arrived. Jon existent customer service. Please do not use this courier!

4 parcels arrived at Relay 4-5 days ago and no movement on 3 out of the 4. 4th was out for delivery yesterday but never arrived. Out for delivery again today. I will not use this service again. Especially annoying that it was the only option available on all four Vinted purchases.

Used this for a Vinted order and paid extra to have it delivered to me directly. Immediately got both an email and a text suggesting I may want to pick up from a collection point instead. Received notification my parcel was 'out for delivery' with a time frame given. Parcel didn't arrive, got no notification that it wouldnt or why it was delayed. It's been a further day with no information on if or when I'll receive my parcel - based on these reviews i'm sceptical I ever will.

How is this company still going? It’s clear they are not fit for use. Lost 2 of my parcels

Courier is delivering my parcels to the wrong address. They are posting them to my elderly neighbours house- we've had disagreements in the past- but I still don't want them to have this bother. This is making it difficult for me to receive parcels on time. I have my house no. showing clearly in 3 different places on the front of my house but the courier is not even looking!

Shocking. Do not trust this company!!!!

Within an hour my delivery was scheduled, then out for delivery, then delivery delayed then re arranged, out for delivery again and turned up at 9:30pm.

I was home and the driver did not attempt to come to the door
“It was a delicate surprise for my mum and it was shoved through the letterbox carelessly it was obvious we was home as there was cars on the drive and the tv was on so very disappointed but thankfully it wasn’t damaged but I’m unhappy with the way I’ve been treated. Get your drivers to knock and ring and stop being lazy!”

Apalling company and service and utterly frustrating that Vinted use them. Making me want to never use vinted again. So many parcels lost and now a painting I bought 2 weeks ago is going to be delivered end of November, which will make it 6 weeks time, unless it's lost in the meantime

WORSE THEN EVRI. I waited outside my development and follow the tracker, he pulled up got out and took a photos of my intercom

1 second late "Item return, customer not home" so when he got back in the car I knocked on his window and I could see about 40 parcels over the car and He was OPENING MINE and throw it in the back when he say it was a jumper. I took a photo amid him and he was piss*d and was shouting in Arabic. He reach other and throw my parcel out and drove off. This was Manchester location.

Would like to leave a zero star. An ebay parcel was left in a public place late at night nowhere near my delivery address. Absolute joke of a service. Also struggling for a refund now as these idiots say they delivered. Why do people pay these jokers!!!!!
