The extensions are always great quality with out question, but on my order I accidentally wrote the wrong address.
I used the 'contact us' tool on the website, to ask for the address to be altered, I got an extremely speedy reply, and the package was delivered on time to the new address. Great service

Avoid! Tangled, shreading and dry!

After a lot of considering, I switched to Remi Cachet after seeing a lot of celebs, influencers saying how amazing the hair was. I’ve always used angel remy or euphoria but wanted to see if remi cachet would last longer.

Straight after instillation knotting, matting and shreading began, the knotting and tangling being so bad I didn’t even want to have it down straight, I kept putting oil on it two times a day as advised, Brought all there products oil, shampoo even hair brush. Still I put this down to maybe needing to be washed, 2.5 weeks on I absolutely hate the hair it’s so knotty I don’t even like to wear it down I’m having to keep it in plaits. Never in the 15 years I’ve worn extensions have I had this.

I contacted remi cachet straight away explaining my problem and if they had any tips, no tips whatsoever just told me to fill out a hair report and I’ve had no communication back, nearly £700/800 wasted on hair!

Don’t buy these hair extensions. They only look good right after being professionally styled — and even then, for about 30 minutes.
They tangle badly with your own hair, ruining the whole look. After washing, it takes nearly two hours to detangle and style them again.
They don’t hold curls or any style for long, and end up looking blocky and uneven. Definitely not worth it.

This is by far the best hair extension brand I have ever used , so many amazing colours and such fast delivery , if your looking for hair that lasts so long , good quality and fast delivery Remi cachet is the company for you , will always recommend remi to everybody I know ! And will forever use them for my clients

I switched to Remi on my stylist’s recommendation after using Euphoria One for many years, mainly because of their weft styles and hidden tapes. When I first received the hair back in December, I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, my excitement didn’t last long.

Immediately after installation, the hair began to matt and knot so badly that I couldn’t wear it down. After weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, my stylist had to remove the hair and send it back. I was later told there was a backlog in their testing lab, which already felt like a red flag. Eventually, I was sent replacement wefts (the tapes weren’t returned at the time as they didn’t appear faulty).

However, once the new wefts arrived, I noticed the tapes were hugely discoloured in comparison, which left me having to purchase additional packs myself just to make them wearable. I had the hair refitted in March and, at first, it seemed improved — but after only a couple of refits the same issues started again. The hair continued to knot, matt, and shed excessively.

As someone who has worn extensions for over 7 years, always following correct aftercare and maintenance, this experience has been beyond disappointing. In just six months, I’ve gone through two full heads from this brand — both of which were completely unusable.

Overall: AVOID. The quality has clearly dropped significantly since the end of last year, and based on my experience (and many other reviews), these extensions are not worth the investment

As a professional hairstylist, I've worked with many extension brands over the years but Remi Cachet is by far my go-to for consistent, high-quality results.
I mainly use the Elegance range on my clients, and the hair is absolutely beautiful thick from root to tip, soft, and long-lasting. With proper aftercare, most of my clients get 12 months or more out of their extensions, which is incredible.
The colour range is fantastic and blends seamlessly, especially with methods like nano tips, tapes, and wefts. My clients always comment on how natural the hair feels and how well it holds up between maintenance appointments.
Yes, it’s a premium product but I believe in investing in quality, and so do my clients. Remi Cachet has never let me down, and I wouldn’t use anything else in my salon.

Ordered the qute hairdryer at abit of a risk, as there isn’t much I could find on reviews, the
Description on the website explained different parts of the hairdryer and what would be expected and I can honestly say it met up to the expectations. It’s lightweight powerful and I like that the attachments are magnetic, it came with three different nozzles and the packaging was quite impressive. I also got a tote bag which is perfect for mobile hairdressing. The rebrand of the nano ring tins are much better as they are metal and flat which is better for storage.

I am currently in dispute with Remi Cachet over a set of extensions that discoloured drastically within just a few weeks of wear, despite being cared for exactly as instructed with their own branded products.

The company has explained that this is “normal” and to be expected with ash tones, and even suggested recolouring them — despite their own website discouraging recolouring and promoting the Elegance range as lasting up to 18 months.

When I raised this, I was told their Hairsurance policy makes clear that colour is not guaranteed. However, I do not accept that a premium product should become unusable so quickly.

I am seeking either a replacement or a refund and hope the company will resolve this fairly. I will update this review if and when a satisfactory resolution is received from Remi Cachet.

Update: Company response suggested recolouring, which contradicts their own advice. I maintain my request for a refund or replacement and will update again when resolved.”

Update: I’m relieved to report that after some further correspondence Rebecca intervened and organised a full refund for the faded set.

This should not have taken so many emails but I’m thankful my issue was solved fairly.
