The leval of service was amazing
The leval of service was amazing. They answered all of my questions about their air bags and shipped everything the same day. The work we were doing was at a remote site so the equipment had to be right the first time no exceptions. I recommend this company 100%.

I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived within 2 days which was awesome. I also ordered a set of brushes for the drill that did not arrive. I called customer service (someone picked up right away without pushing 20 button) and spoke with a guy that apologized and had them expedited to me right away. No drama, no dragging their heels and made me feel valued. My experience was pleasant which is unusual these days.
