The postage said it would arrive by…
The postage said it would arrive by 11:00 AM but did not arrive until 3:30 PM. I don't know if it was the fault of the company or fed. ex. Upon seeing what had happened to the shipment rental tools immediately started to resolve this problem. They reimbersed me for some of the cost of the postage. I did not ask them to do this. They just wanted my experience to be a good experience. I would definely use them again.

Pricing and shipping were high
It was not explained well and part of it was my fault for not getting the details of how much daily charges were compared to weekly rental.
I should have had it delivered on Wednesday instead of Friday. I had to pay 30% more because I kept it one additional day from weekly rental.
Other than that - product worked well

Phenomenal Customer Service
So, it seemed like so many things went wrong that were, for the most part, out of RTO's control. They lost power to their warehouse for over a day so they were unable to process and ship orders. I had placed my order that morning before sales knew of the outage. This was also a time sensitive order. I had purchased 2 Day Express shipping on a Wednesday to arrive by Friday. With the power outage, they couldn't ship until Thursday and then the shipping cost would greatly increase due to Saturday drop. They were unable to cover that extra cost. I pushed my work to Tuesday, and they said they could for sure get the equipment to me by then. It seems like they must have gone ahead and covered my 2 Day shipping cost because both items arrived by Sunday midday. The customer service I received from multiple people was just outstanding, and they did everything in their power to keep my costs down. The equipment worked perfectly as well.
