Grubby cat loves the food

Been using republic of cats for years and love them. Food always comes on time and plenty of reminders to choose options for cats food. Cat loves the stuff and the variety of flavours means he doesn't get board which is great.

Macrine knew which kibble my cat will eat being an older cat he needed the small pieces.
The communication was excellant and went above and beyond .

The food is very much enjoyed by Orlando the marmalade cat. He is a bit picky but loves all the fishy tins. They are delivered regularly so we are in no danger of ever running out.

Good value taster box, gives you time to try what your cat likes, with no pressure to order stuff that'll go to waste.
Quality animal proteins up to 60% or so, so many times higher than shelf bought ones in supermarkets.

I’ve found Republic of Cats to be exceptional. Their customer service, response time and overall helpfulness have been outstanding whenever I’ve needed support.

Most importantly, my very fussy Siamese — who has tried countless foods over the years — genuinely enjoys their food. He doesn’t love every flavour, but the ones he does eat are always finished completely and clearly enjoyed, which is such a relief after struggling to find something he’ll reliably eat.

We’ve recently welcomed a new kitten to the family and are in the process of introducing them to Republic of Cats as well.

I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Disgusted with this company.
Had the trial box, my cat didn't like the fish ones so went to cancel. Was offered a months supply for 40% off removing the flavours the cat didnt like. Decided to try for a little longer. Fresh box arrived a few days later.
Unfortunately, the cat wouldn't eat any of the cans or the biscuit, so I signed into the account and cancelled the 2nd week of February, a week after the delivery. My account page on the website said cancelled in orange, so assumed all good. Double checked again on 27th February and still said cancelled. Roll on today and recieved a text saying my order was out for delivery??
Contacted company to be told that the account was active and had not been cancelled. Told they send out an email at least 2 days before shipping to let customers know they have an order coming and will be charged.
The last email I recieved from them was on 31st January - no emails have been recieved since that date (bar todays email stating they have now cancelled the account!), nothing in Spam, Junk, Trash or inbox!
I was not made aware that they would be dispatching a box until it was the day of delivery- which was too late. They also took £50 from my account without notification.
I am now stuck with £50 of food my cat won't eat. Company not interested in rectifying their mistake and would rather cover it up with a blanket response.

I love dealing with this company - they reply immediately, are super helpful and very understanding of any problems you might have.
Plus my cat loves them too! There is a wide variety of meals to choose from - my cat's favourite meals are those with pork and fish.

We have been using this brand for over a year and our 4 cats seem to enjoy the food. Getting the food delivered to us is great as it saves quite a bit of time.

Once again, Nina finished all her treats before it was time for the next delivery. I contacted the Team and I was delighted to hear that it was no problem at all as they could bring the delivery day forward.
Nina is a senior cat thus her appetite was getting quite a challenge and constantly vomiting whatever I bought in the supermarket. Now she eats well and keeps it down. She's back to her happy self! So lovely to see so much improvement in so little time. Thank you so much, so far she's loved all the different recipes you've sent!

Ordered taster box on 12/02/2026. 23 days past and still didn’t receive my order. It’s a scam! 🚨

I have just sent them this email, not happy
May I just ask, since I only paid for a trial on the 20th Feb, and it didn't actually arrive till the 26th, and just 4 days later, you have taken £34.69 from my PayPal. Not on, and I will leave you bad reviews now on Trustpilot and Google.
That cannot be right, as you know when the food was received, how many days does the transition take. As a dog breeder and a KC champ show judge, when we have bred puppies, we always stipulate in our puppy contracts if the food is to be changed, it must be done slowly, half and half for a few days and then gradually the transition to the new food. This is what I told my daughter-in-law to do with Auty.
So I am pretty disgusted that you have had no regard for Auty's well-being, and to claim you care what cats are fed is not true, is it?
No, that is not acceptable, the food arrived on the 26th not the 25th, I know because I was sent the photo of the box. So Auty was fed a small amount from Friday, and by Monday 2nd of March you had taken the Money, so you are just offering an excuse for the 10 days supply. As some 9 days after I had paid for the trial you have taken the money. And not allowing for the weekend or the time of actual delivery. If this just warns people how keen you are to take money from people. And actually, the decent thing would have been to offer a refund, as we don't want your food now, Thank you

Really good customer service. Very helpful and friendly. My cats enjoyed the dry food.

I always receive excellent help from Customer Services. Nothing is too much trouble, which I am thankful for because recently I seem to have had so much to sort out. This help is always given in such a speedy and friendly way too. Thank you so so much.

This is just really good cat food at reasonable prices. Our two very fussy Devon Rex cats actually love it. If you have cats, give it a try.

Our little princess Poppy has been very picky and only licked the jelly of her old food and left the unappetising looking lumps. Cost us a fortune. Then we were sent a trial box of Republic of Cats by a friend. From day one she licked the bowl so clean you couldn't tell if it had been used or not. She's settled on the two flavours she really likes and for the first time in her 11 years she's actually put on weight...healthy weight. The team at ROC are always really helpful and friendly and I love the way they treat Poppy as a real cat👍keep it up guys.

The cat food is really nice quality, my cat loves the recipes that are easy to change , try or swap each month. Staff are really helpful if you have any queries. My cat is much healthier now he eats republic of cats recipies than cheaper alternatives at the supermarket. It gets brought to your door too.
