I looked at lots of weight loss delivery plans online before choosing Result Plan. Really liked being able to try it for a week first, and the fact that you can pause or cancel at anytime and change your meals easily.

Always a great selection of very tasty meals that all you have to do is heat. No prep, shopping or lots of washing up.

It felt very expensive initially, but both my husband and I have found it to be cheaper. We are doing the 6 days a week meal plan, so we are saving lots by not buying take aways, and still get to enjoy our Sunday roast.

Amazing customer service. We had a problem with one of our deliveries that was dealt with and resolved very quickly.

I find this plan a very healthy way to loose weight, no real restrictions on the meals you eat, just portion control. Very happy with my weight loss so far, both my husband and I are loosing around 1lb a week.

Tasty meals and plenty of varied and choice. I just add some veg occasionally and some fruit. And it’s working.

Great food and fantastic customer service. Meals are high quality and so easy when on the go. They take the worry out of what to have and definitely helps with weight loss. I highly recommend!

This is the second time doing this plan. The food is great and the customer service is excellent. It really does work!

Amazing food, great customer service always willing to help and so easy to swap out meals if you fancy a change. I am in week two and have already lost a stone in weight, I expect that will slow down a bit, but never the less it’s all thanks to result plan. You won’t regret giving it ago, thanks so much guys

Good food, reliable service and the most attentive customer desk.
I had a non standard request about my deliveries and they were able to accommodate that with no issues.

Really enjoyed all of the meals on the plan. So much variety for both lunch and dinner. Having a healthy option available to just heat up meant I didn't need to have takeaway or buy unhealthy lunches at work. Portion sizes are small but I was never hungry. I was overeating for years. I lost a stone in 3 months, which seemed to be a healthy steady loss which I hope to be able to maintain.

Started on a 4 week plan. For the most part the food was fine, with the exception of some meals, but that could be personal preference . Half way through the plan, I removed meals & received correct order the following week however, final week received one meal that did not order & two that I had removed at first change. Contacted customer services who said I was sent an email about the new item not ordered(checked junk mail .. nothing) & as had not responded it was sent. Two wrong items, insisted that was ordered, even though I pointed out that this order was different to previous correct order. It seems to me that they were unpopular meals not moving, that were off loaded, as when I checked my plan it had been changed. Also, I noticed that further delivery dates after the 4 weeks were shown on my plan, I queried with customer service, they said an email would have been sent regarding renewal, again, nothing received, needed to break, as away for a few weeks, & start new plan in new year, so had I not raised with CS, would the charge/ delivery have continued? Don’t want the hassle or risk of receiving an incorrect order & poor customer service going forward, so will no longer give Result Plan my business or recommend.

Result plan offer an excellent choice of food as well as giving helpful advice around chosing a meal plan. The advice on how to store and cook the meals is clear and simple. Swapping to another plan or food option is easy and the option to send an email is always available and is answered quickly. And it works! I have lost 5.5kg in 8 weeks (with 3 or 4 cheat days)!

I have been on result plan for the last 2 weeks. Just about to start my 3rd….. I started with the taster week as I didn’t know if I would enjoy the food but I was soooo happy!! I then signed up for the 8 week plan. The food is so tasty and there is a great range to choose from. I love the fact that you’re even allowed a treat in there too makes you feel like you’re being naughty but all within the calorie range. I have never really been able to stick to a diet and been a bit of a yo-yo dieter but this one is so easy! You choose your meals, select a date for them to be delivered and receive freshly cooked portions right to your door. It takes the stress out of planning and cooking. In my first two weeks I have lost 8lbs, I’m really enjoying this diet, and can’t wait too see how much I loose after 8 weeks

I have been on result plan for the last 3 weeks. Tried the week starter plan as I didn’t know if I would enjoy the food but boy did I! I then signed up for the 12 week plan. The food is sooooo tasty and there is a great range to choose from. I love the fact that you’re even allowed a treat in there too makes you feel like you’re being naughty but all within the calorie range. Since starting, I have lost a whopping 11lbs! I feel so good and confident that with this plan I can loose the weight that I want to and stick to it!

The website is easy to use.
They've got my orders right 100% each time.
The meals arrived on time and very well packaged to keep them chilled and not damaged.
The meals are all very tasty , using good quality ingredients.
Each meal is complete, with a carb (rice, potato or pasta) and a veg and provides plenty of protein.
I love that I can have a snack each day too, such as mini chocolate muffins or shortbread biscuits.
This is so easy to stick to.

First time using a meal plan company and these guys are brilliant. The meals are delicious and very filling as a calorie controlled diet plan. Each week you can amend your order without any issues or complaints. The only reason I am changing plans is because I want to try a high protein diet instead of calorie controlled.

I was with another meal plan for 6 months prior to finding Result Plan.

I was deliberately searching for an alternative as I had become bored of the menu and the quality was relatively poor.

Whilst RP menus are marginally more expensive, they are ideal for an individual living alone (but not lonely), who enjoys cooking for family & friends visits but struggles to get mobilised when cooking for one.

Result Plan is ideal for students too.

Here are some points as to why the menus suit me:

• Freshly prepared ingredients
• Portion size is ideal – no waste
• Good nutritional balance
• Menu choice is wide and varied
• Delivery once a week in manageable quantities (not 28 days in one delivery)
• Cost of £1 a day is excellent value for 3 meals (2 x hot) – I like my veg, so I add a side dish, still done in the microwave*
• No need for oven or hob, saving on energy
• When lacking the motivation to wash dishes, eat from the containers (nobody’s looking!), saving on hot water

*I consider myself to be a bit of a microwave whiz-kid, I’ve had a domestic version since 1985! My experience has taught me that “Slightly longer at a lower power is best”. The edges of the dish aren’t “mullered, whilst the centre is just right”.

I have been on result plan for over a month, I first started with the taster week and enjoyed it so much that I signed up for 3 months. All of the meals are really yummy, don’t taste like diet meals at all and are very filling. I love that you pick which meals and snacks you want and that the menu has so much choice and is constantly changing as this keeps it exciting! On this meal plan I have rarely found myself feeling unsatisfied or hungry, and I have been consistently losing around 1kg each week which I am super happy with. I have also found the customer service to be really good, anytime I have emailed them they have got back to me really quickly and have been super helpful. Using result plan has made losing weight so much easier and more sustainable, I am so glad that I found them!

The meals are really tasty. The range of delivery days is very wide, which is a rare feature on the market.

Great variety, very tasty, and I love that you can freeze the freeze as I can be a terrible cheat! I opted for a lower calorie plan so I could include wine with dinner and I have already lost half-a-stone.

I have been using Result Plan for a few weeks now after ordering a week taster box and then signing up to the 12 week subscription and I am very impressed. The food is tasty and perfect portion sizes to keep me going through the day. I was struggling to keep up with meal planning as I am a single mum with a full time job and found myself just snacking on my son’s left overs. Result Plan has taken the stress away when it comes to meal times and as a result of this I have lost weight.
I am so grateful to have found Result Plan, they have helped with any queries I’ve had, with easy and clear communication and the orders have arrived packed well and on time. No complaints from me. Thank you Result Plan!

Really delicious food, a great variety to chose from, good value. I actually hate cooking and grocery shopping so these ready prepared, calorie controlled meals are just perfect for me - I did a taster week and lost 7lbs and it made me realise how portion control is just as important as calories, so am hopeful that my 4 week subscription will help shift a few more pounds! Highly recommend this company !

Great tasting freshly prepared food. I started this as I have a lot of weight to loose, but the meals are so good and it makes everything easier I'll just increase my calorie count and stay on the plan.
