Great service, easy to change meals, and you can pause a week if away. Meals are very nice, lasagna and meatball pasta are my favourites. It’s great value compared to other meal prep services.

They food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. Losing a steady 3-4 lbs a week.

I'm on my second day, I have tried other plans like this and the food was bland, wow the result plan knocks it out the park, Amazing food, really tasty, looks like something you would want to eat. Unlike others I have tried. Really impressed with the service and food, and finally think I may have found a plan that will work for me.

Been using result plan for the past 8 weeks to lose weight and I literally can’t fault it! The meals are really tasty, varied and surprisingly filling compared to other diets I’ve tried previously. The sweet chilli chicken and lasagne are my favourite. Customer service is great too, always get quick replies and tab is really friendly. I would highly recommend.

Really nice food on my taster plan. Being a bad cook myself I decided to try result plan with the discount code. I was surprised of the taste of the food with it being diet food. The lasagne was the best meal for me. Some meals not to my taste however will change these on the next order. Now looking to place a 4 week plan and see how I get on. Great concept and worked for me.

I got food poisoning from these meals. They do not give you adequate instructions for reheating from frozen, especially things like chicken and rice.
They say "2 minutes full power, stir, then a further 2 minutes" this is not enough, I tried this first and the chunks of meat are still frozen in the centre.
I'm extremely paranoid about things like this so I make sure everything is piping hot throughout, and I still got food poisoning. I've been throwing up most of the night and all ive eaten the last few days is this food.
I do not belive they have taken basic health and safety into account when designing these meals.
Plus, the quality of the meat and veg is extremely poor in general.

I always struggled with my weight despite knowing how to improve my diet and how to exercise. Holding on to a good diet and routine when the inevitable complications of life get in the way was always the big hurdle for me. Result plan, if nothing else, gave me a reliable diet that I never had to think about and could always rely on so that no matter what I always have the right food on hand. Even if I went away for work and couldn't take my food with me I knew I'd have it to come back to and get right back on track.

I've developed better habits as a result and it's freed me up to get back to exercising regularly again. Most importantly it enabled me to lose 69kg (10st 11lbs) over about 9 months.

The food is very good and once you adjust (there is always an adjustment period to a new eating plan) they are very filling and satisfying. There is always a good variety to choose from and quite frequent additions to the menu. Personal favourites have been the lasagne and rigatoni with meatballs.

The subscriptions are very easy to manage and offer great flexibility. You can change your meals easily, pause or cancel your subscription easily etc. The customer service is also absolutely fantastic, I can't possibly fault them.

For people needing to reset their eating habits and people who really need that consistency but struggle to manage it themselves I think this is an absolutely invaluable tool.

I have been using Result Plan for a couple of months now (with a break over Christmas), and I love it! The meals are varied and really tasty. Fresh, or frozen, they are healthy, flavoursome and surprisingly filling, once your body adapts to smaller portions. The team are really responsive, if you need to have a couple of weeks off due to work or travel it is easy to stop and start. I have lost eight pounds, and will continue until I have lost a stone, then probable pick up every now and again for a few weeks if I need to. Glad to have found it.

I have been using Result Plan for a month or so now and love it. The meals are fresh and so tasty. The meals are so normal too!!! The classic English breakfast is amazing to have as a choice (costs a little extra but so worth it). The rigatoni meatballs are divine, as is the lasagne and cottage pie. I am a fussy eater but these meals are the best I have come across.
Customer service is top notch - Tab is lovely - and they always respond to any queries very, very quickly.
I'm so pleased to have found them!!

Only day 3 so can’t comment on weight loss but fantastic meals and already feeling better. Thank you!

Takes all the thinking out of losing weight and very organised with instructions

It's one of the only plans to do meals under 400 calories which is what I wanted.

Some of the meals are nice

The snacks are nice (the brownie and cookie bites)

Friendly customer service

It's made me more aware of the correct portion size to lose weight.

Cons

Some of the meals completely lacked flavour and I couldn't finish them. Couldn't taste the sauce in a couple of them, basically chicken and rice.

Had several meals with grisley fatty chicken and one of the meals had a bone in too.

When my package arrived the first week, the box was battered and falling apart. The second week, two of the breakfasts bags inside had split and cereal loose in the box.

Have to email to cancel plan, this can't be done from the website.

Overall this was okish to kickstart me into a diet but I'll be relieved once all these meals are used up in all honesty. It doesn't compare to another meal service I tried in the past.

Could not be happier with the Result Plan and my subscription so far!
The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
With such a wide range of choice I look forward to the meals as opposed to any diets I have tried previously.
In just the few weeks I have been subscribed I have lost weight and more importantly body fat.
As someone who does not enjoy cooking and lives alone this subscription is perfect.
Beyond impressed, could not recommend any more!

This is my 2nd review after 12 weeks and a 2 stone weight loss!! As someone who hates cooking and has a busy life, this diet plan is fantastic. I’ve never had a meal I hated, but some I prefer more than others…you have the freedom to change your weekly menus. The meals are very flavoursome and it made me realise the importance of portion size when trying to lose weight. Customer service has been great, I’ve never had a late delivery or issues. I would highly recommend.

Second time in 3 years i have lost weight eating these tasty meals , just the right amount to get you eating correctly with a great choice in every section, i opted for the 800- 1000 6 day plan this time for 12 weeks and lost 20lbs...snacks being just some fruit and low fat crisps at times of need :-)

Lost 6kg so far with the plan feeling really easy to do. Some meals are better than others but I have changed these within my account before my next delivery which is really good that you can have that option. My favourite meals being the Bangers & Mash and Rigatoni Meatballs. I look forward to each delivery every Tuesday and also can't fault their customer service -really quick response times and friendly.

I ordered the three month plan but unfortunately I had to cancel after a week and a half, as I had to throw away so much of the food. The first box I received looked like the food had been thrown in a bin and left to rot there for three weeks then put back in a plastic tub. The potatoes were black and rotten looking. The chicken was slimy and gristly and the meals were dry and bland with barely any vegetables and using the cheapest ingredients possible. I'm sorry to say that the quality of the food was just so bad and for the price I paid it was extremely expensive for such bad quality food. I luckily have now found a food delivery service which has fresh, high quality ingredients for only £10 more a week. I don't understand the good reviews, as this was the worst food I've ever tasted.

Have been using result plan this year and cannot fault them. Ultimate aim is of course to lose weight and happy to say have dropped 15kg. Near my target but have opted to continue with my plan as makes my life easy & I enjoy the food. The customer service is amazing - usually sorting out my incompetency's, but they are friendly, responsive and nothing is a drama. Thoroughly recommend - would give them more than five stars if they brought back the chilli chicken loaded fries :)

Well Impressed with Result Plan, been on and off the plan for over a year now and can always rely on Result Plan to help me lose weight along with the fantastic meals they provide! Always changing meals, loving the homely meals like Cottage Pie and the Beef Lasagne at the moment. 100% recommended!!
