Made my life so much easier ordering from Result Plan. The meals are just right portion sized and has made healthy eating so much easier for me. The different choices of meals have kept things interesting and I have not been craving anything with the tasty snacks that I have in my plan. Taking a break for two weeks before starting back up in Jan!

I tried Result Plan and it was fantastic! The meals were both delicious and nutritious. They delivered on time, and the packaging kept the food fresh. I love that they have lots of food options. It's the best diet delivery service I've tried and will be starting back in January. Highly Recommend!

I have been on the plan for 4 weeks now and lost 10lbs so far.... the meals are very tasty and filling. Does not feel like a diet! I have ordered another 4 weeks and will continue for a while, definitely worth a try and will recommend to my friends!!

I have tried many prep companies and I have found this one to be the best and it actually works. I have been with Result Plan for 5 weeks and enjoying the food. Also the customer service has been really great, fast replies and always there to help - a plus if you ever need anything!

This meal plan really works. I have tried many plans before and they have been really hard to stick to. This plan doesn't feel like a diet and I have lost 6kg so far. The team are very responsive and really helpful with the deliveries. Keep up the good work.

Really good results and tasty food. I have been on Result Plan for 4 weeks and really enjoying the plan. Also very good customer service. Highly recommend.

The concept is great. However, the food quality and flavours were very hit and miss. If I’m honest 90% of the food I received was terrible quality (gristly bits of chicken you don’t want to eat) and the flavours were completely lacking. For £90 a week I expected better quality!

I am slowly losing weight The meals are good and varied. They are very helpful in the office I just like that you just have to microwave the meal

The customer service I have experienced with Result Plan has been exceptional. All queries answered very promptly and with courtesy. Large choice of meals, delivered on time each week and packaged well. I have just signed up for a second month having lost 8lbs in three weeks. Encouraged.

I am someone who has tried numerous food prep companies, and I have to say this is the worse with regards to taste and looks. The food is extremely bland and does not look appetising at all. Thank God I only tried it for a week. I am near the end of the week and I cannot wait to finish it. I even had to bin some meals half way through because the texture was horrible and there is hardly any veg or taste, despite adding lots of seasoning. Why they are getting 5 stars I have no idea. I love tasty food, and I am afraid this is not it. I gave it 2 stars because the food arrived on time and well packaged. I believe it will fulfill its purpose of making you lose weight as the portion sizes are small (750 -1000 cals). Most of the meals had too many additives and chemicals I did not like in their ingredients so it is ultra processed food. They need to give more variety for breakfast and not just cereal based, which again is ultra processed. The savoury breakfast you have to pay extra for which is unfair. Overall, I would say avoid if you like food that has a variety of tastes and looks good. If you want to lose weight, it will probably work, by making you not want to eat.

What a great plan, My first week i have managed to lose 7 lb, Most meals have all been lovely, apart from a few, but depends on peoples taste buds, I'm not good with spices, so i have now found which meals i prefer to suit me. I did order a 4 week plan, 2 weeks in, I have now canceled that plan and reordered the 12 week plan, as I know this is working for me. My favorite meal was the tomato and basil burger with the dip, but this has now been removed, I do really hope you bring it back? Brilliant customer service, Easy to use the website, I like the fact you can log in and edit your weekly order. The delivery has also been excellent but again this probably depends on where people live, My deliveries have so far arrived early morning, and very well packaged with cool bags. The food is cooked fresh and you can tell it is fresh. AND REAL FOOD! The portion sizes are decent as they are made to suit your calorie intake. I also like the fact you can have cake on this plan, I leave these for the end of the day, and the snacks include, 2 choc muffins, 2 blueberry muffins, 2 shortbread biscuits, brownies, bacon fries, Nuts, Tropical mix and other premium items such as flapjacks and cookies. Highly recommended!

Absolutely 5 star. I had been trying to lose weight for a little while and despite lots of exercise and protein shake replacements etc I was still the same weight and feeling a little frustrated/deflated. I couldn't really be bothered with counting all the calories and the time that takes. I wanted to find a company where all the food was provided so I knew exactly how many calories I was eating. A lot of companies online only provide dinner so no better position. I saw this and thought it looks just what I was looking for.

I chose the 2 month plan and am on week 5. I have quickly and enjoyably lost weight. Some of the meals are soooooo delicious, most of the meals are lovely and there have been one or two I haven't chosen again. It doesn't feel like a diet as it doesn't feel like I am having to deny myself because the food is so delicious I look forward to the meals. It is not at all 'diet food' it is healthy and nutritious and tasty, just you know how many calories.
The system is very good, it is easy to choose and change meals and the food has arrived reliably every week at the same time with Parcel Force, all very well organised. The customer service is very friendly and responsive. They are also very open to feedback, when I found one meal bland they were delighted to get the feedback and appeared to communicate it to the chefs immediately.
The cost is very fair for what you are getting. I have already recommended to others and a friend has just finished her first week, is down 1.5 pounds and sends me messages telling me how delicious lunch/dinner was!
I am genuinely very grateful to have found and be using Result Plan and it makes it feel going forward that weight maintenance /weight loss in the future will be a pleasure not a chore, easy not difficult.

Beyond impressed with Result plan! Plenty of choice with meals every week and every meal I’ve had has been amazing. I’ve lost weight through using this service which was my main goal but I am going to continue my plan as it’s been so convenient not cooking as I work late most nights. Highly recommend!

Really happy with my plan. High quality with lots of flavour and plenty of choice to choose from. I am on the 8 week plan and close to my target weight. The food is very good. Thankyou result plan!

Horrible, in 3 weeks got only one delivery and it was late, not a good thing when you are expecting to have food for 5 days and you don't receive it, they got ok customer support.

Great meal plan. Choice of meals is great and convenient … was not very strict (had weekends off) and managed to lose a few pounds. Have ordered again to get super fit for summer thank you results plan

I am very pleased. Few months and over 5 stones weight down. And I will continue the diet with the result plan, when it comes to calories, with a lower calorie plan. Kind regards

I cannot fathom the good reviews. The worst food we've ever had. Ordered the 1250 -1450 plan with 'larger' portions but got the smaller portions. Everything is so very dry and tastes the same.Portion are tiny and hardly any vegetables are provided. Looks and tastes so unappealing. After 10 days we couldn't stand to eat any more and bought M&S Count on us instead. 2 for £6 at Ocado- far tastier and better value.

So, I've been doing this with my partner over the past month and I thought I would compile a short review with our thoughts. For reference, I am on the 750-1000 calorie plan and he is on the 1450-1750 calorie plan.

On the food:
- You will need to add your own seasonings, it makes complete sense why they don't add them for you, however, this is an absolute must. It would be nice if they provided a list of optional seasonings that they recommend for each meal!
- The pasta will be overcooked and a bit mushy, there is no way around this. It still tastes fine, however, it's just how it is.
- Often the potatoes or sweet potatoes will be overcooked or burnt. Not fun.
- Some meals really don't taste fresh by the end of the week, some guidance on what meals should be eaten first would be nice.
- We have started to experience meal death, not because of a lack of meals to choose from, however, because after a while it is really hard to ignore that you're eating microwave meals every day. To help with this we recommend doing a non-microwavable breakfast. Our fave is the porridge!

On the service:
- It would be nice if they had a feature that averaged out how many calories you're eating per day based on the meals you pick. If you're on the lowest plan like I am, you will probably find that unless you're looking at the calories in every meal and doing the math yourself, you're going to be over 1000 calories every single day.
- I think it would be nice if you could have multiple people under one account, it would certainly make my life easier.

Overall positives:
- SUPER easy
- Meals are generally very tasty
- Tons of options
- Lots of information on the website
- Quite sustainable
- You will absolutely lose weight

Overall negatives:
- microwave food death, though you will get this with any diet meal service
- there's room for improvement with recipes such as the sesame chicken (which my partner couldn't even finish)
- We've noticed that there is a lot of oil in some of the meals, specifically ones with tomato sauce, which seems like a misuse of the limited number of calories.

All of this being said, generally speaking, we love it! Although we don't weigh ourselves, we can each tell that we have lost significant amounts of weight! Although we have some feedback about certain parts of the service and the food, I seriously recommend this site over a lot of others :)
