I was recommended by all my family members to join this plan as both my parents, sister and brother in law have been on the plan for over a year now. I was sceptical at first, however I have now been on the plan for 6 weeks and lost 1/2 stone in weight. This is just by changing my eating habits and sticking to the plan Monday - Friday. I haven’t been exercising at all and only have another 1/2 stone to lose until I’m at my goal weight. All the food is delicious and there’s so much variety. I would 100% recommend this plan to anyone

Meals arrived as stated.
I find these meals very bland and boring and certainly not worth 95. 00 per week

I decided to use these guys as the meals looked good and freshly cooked etc - I need something that’s easy for me to pop in the microwave/oven as my life in work is crazy.
This is a perfect solution!!!
Freshly cooked, taste great, customer service is excellent and I will definitely use again in the new year when I’m home based for 4 weeks - thank you so much!!!!

A small company that deserves more recognition in comparison to other diet meal companies like diet chef etc, because the food is all fresh and most of what I've had has been really nice.

Only downside is the price - that being said, the convenience of having all your meals for the week, freshly made, pre-portioned and ready to go, has been a life saver for me.

If you're someone like me who doesn't get very much time to cook, and will resort to rubbish unhealthy food out of convenience, Result Plan offers a great way to eat well and lose weight.

Hello all!

First time in my life I had an experience for ordering food by calories and I am very disappointed that I choose this company.
Firstable the price is super high for the meals what they provide.
I hade a 5 days plan (3 meals per day)
+ I been charged 14£ expat for premium breakfasts.
But it is okay , I understand that this is business and they tell you prices what to pay.

Secondary and the MAIN FACT IS THAT FOOD IS DISCUSTING!!!
Okay, let’s say lunch is okay, dinner is okay but breakfast I could eat any of this as it was smelling as bad food and I throw all days in the bin.

I receive order on Thursday and my first day was Friday and on the lunch I notticed that potato in the meal is sticky. Is it okay ?

So I really don’t recommend anyone to spend money on this,sorry but it is super bad and I really feel sorry to pay that money for this…

This is the best meal plan I have ever been on! The food is actually tasty and they provide a huge range of meals and snacks. I am now on my 2nd 12 week course and honestly could not live without it. It's such an easy and convenient way to eat healthy meals. The cost is reasonable compared to other websites and the quality is far superior. Having to spend hours planning what you're going to eat and then cooking it all and cleaning up afterwards is all gone with this plan. It is absolutely perfect. The customer service is incredible, nothing has ever been a problem when needed to pause a week because of holidays and responses are very quick.

I am currently on week five of an eight week plan and to date I have lost just over 1 stone! I cannot fault the food or customer service, both are excellent. There has been one meal which I wasn’t happy with but customer service did not query this and refunded straight away and also shipped a replacement. Result Plan also regularly make new meals for your plan which you can alter weekly and the website is very easy to use. I’m looking forward to loosing some more weight on the remainder of my plan and I would highly recommend Result Plan to my family and friends.

I can’t recommend Results Plan enough.
In my 4 week plan i have lost 10lb and that was with a holiday in between which i ate and drank alcohol alot.
I love how easy it is, Results Plan take away all the hassle of calorie counting, meal planning, prepping and cooking. This is guaranteed weight loss and i love it.

The food is really delicious and easy to prepare. There is a good selection of vegetarian options too! It gets you used to smaller portions so you can adjust when coming off of the diet as well. And most importantly it works!!! It makes losing weight easy and you never have the excuse of not knowing what to cook or not having healthy options. Customer service is amazing and I never had any issues with delivery. Thoroughly recommend!!!!

Been on Results Plan since September 2021. Meals are tasty and managed to lose over 2 stone. Customer Services great too 👍🏽

My husband and I used Result Plan for 5 months and lost 2.5 stone (we could have lost a lot more if we didn’t cheat so much on the weekends!). We were really impressed with the customer service and the meals were delicious and surprisingly filling. We would happily use Result Plan again and highly recommend it.

I have tried to lose weight many times in many different ways but this is actually working.
I lost a stone in 4 weeks (even with a very naughty bank holiday weekend)
There are a great choice of meals with lots of variety.
Customer service is also excellent.
I would definitely recommend!

I tried the plan for a week as a test. I've reached the conclusion that it's not for me. I tried the 1450-1750 calorie plan, hoping that it would average around 1600 calories, which is the ideal intake for me to lose weight, calculated by a nutritionist. Actually I discovered that it was more towards 1400-1450, which is why I felt hungry constantly.

Food is not that great, is just ok, somewhat bland. Not great, not terrible. Tried a premium breakfast, the one with chorizo, it was a massive dissapointment. On another occasion, the teryiaki salmon had no salmon in it, just macro, and yes I had salmon before, this wasn't it. False advertising much?

I also think it's expensive for what you get. Even for the 12 week plan, with a weekly £6.99 delivery fee (not sure if it applies to all plans however) it's very expensive. I spend just about that amount grocery shopping and I get more value for money. I also don't mind cooking, quite the opposite.

I have to mention that I had a 1600 calories menu at some point, the difference was that I had to cook the meals myself. I never once felt hungry like when doing this one. I was also going to the gym, and going to the gym on this menu is not a good idea for a 6" man.

Bottom line, if you are busy and have some money to spare, and hunger doesn't make you turn into the Hulk, then sure. Will you lose weight? Absolutely. Will you enjoy doing it? Absolutely not.

Just completed a 12 week plan and lost just over 1 stone. Very happy ….good choice of tasty food and the plan allows for editing as I discovered new favourites. The food is delivered in good chilled packaging to freeze or fridge as appropriate. I had only one hiccup with a delivery but this was sorted out by the customer service team very efficiently. The plan has helped me to re-set my portion control. Thank you.

Super tasty. Lost weight. Easy. The ironic downside to food tasting this good is you want more of it. Thankfully its portioned for you!

I had gained a lot of weight during Covid lockdown and no matter what I tried I couldn’t loose weight. I saw an advert for Result Plan and as it’s “actual’ food I decided to give it a try. Great variety of foods to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of the food is highly spiced which I liked as it helped me to adjust to smaller portions without snacking in between meals and the food was good quality. I liked you can easily change meal choices as it takes a few weeks to try all the options and decide on your favourites.

Quick cooking time in the microwave - four minutes if frozen or two minutes if fresh. Plastic containers sometimes difficult to open when frozen, sometimes the plastic cracks.
From a price point, it isn’t cheap and some of the breakfast choices cost extra. BUT, your not buying food for yourself from the supermarket and most importantly you do lose weight and train your body to eat less going forward.

So, I am 8 weeks into the plan. My start weight was 107kg I am now 97kg and my target is 80kg-85kg. 10kg loss in 8 weeks for 52yr old male is pretty good for me. I also do 25min cardio 4 times a week. The simplicity of the plan is amazing, the meals, meal variety and options to change it weekly is perfect. I will take out another 3mth plan which means I should easily reach target weight within 6mths. I expect to lose about 24kg in total.
