I am on week 10 of the 12 week plan, it has been game changing, so much so after the 3rd week my husband signed up for it too! I have lost a stone and almost at my target weight, I will continue using for maintenance just on a different level of plan as its perfect for delicious, portion controlled food. I cannot recommend enough

High quality food and tastes amazing

Been using result plan for months now and find the food very fresh and very very tasty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a food delivery service like this. Customer service is super helpful and nothing is too much trouble and they reply very quickly

I signed up for 3 months. I am now just over half way through. I'd definitely recommend result plan. I have liked every single meal and cant fault the service. The box always arrives within the hour slot you get from DVD and the box has ice packs to keep it all cool. Really nice fresh food. The snacks are really nice. I have lost a bit of weight despite adding some extra snacks throughout the day as I'm working from home and lack self control. I think if I did the diet religiously I would definitely lose weight. Overall it has just been really easy and convenient for q busy mother to eat healthily.

I am on my final 4th week of the plan and have lost 11lbs. I've extended for another month. I am doing a 6 day per week plan. One day off per week, so i can have a sunday roast. I have a very busy lifestyle and its not that i can't cook, i do love cooking and good at it. Its just that i don't have the time and to dedicate time to calorie counting/portion size etc. Result plan has so many options for Breakfast, light lunch and dinner. Not all of the dishes will be to everyone's taste that's just standard.... but there are so many I like. I've seen peoples negative comments on taste of food and portion size. All I can say is of course the portions will be small, Result plan is very clear on what calories will be provided in your plan and you pick what you want and they provide food that reaches between that calorie amount stated. The food like I've mentioned is to each individuals taste so try them all out and you will get a sense of what you do / don't like, there is not much i don't like. Remember this is not a michelin star/goumet offering or organic food etc etc and if it was it would be much more expensive (maybe something they will offer as they expand). But this is a plan that does good food, in the portion sizes I've signed up for specific to the calories suggested and yes it does help with losing weight, absolutely as its low calorie, its a very simple concept. I am so chuffed with my weight loss so far. That is why I'm enjoying it as it takes the pressure off me. I get my weekly food, i know what im eating, done/easy. So can't recommend enough and my personal experience is that when i have contacted customer services they have been very quick to respond and so helpful. My husband has now also recently signed up. Signed up to 12wk plan. Currently on day 2 of the 1450-1750 plan. All meals have been very tasty and fresh. My start weight is 106kg and will give update on weight in 4 weeks but so far after 2 days I have lost 1.5kg.

I bought the trial week. I have mixed feelings for this plan. I’ll start with the pros.

PRO’s
- the snacks were perfect for when you need them
- SOME of the dishes are very tasty my favourite was the light lunch’s including the minted lamb kebabs
- I never went hungry. The portion sizes look small but they are clearly the perfect size
- the meals are in a microwaveable containers so easy to just grab and go on a busy day.
-the dishes are clearly freshly made from scratch without any rubbish or preservatives

HOWEVER…..

CONs
- quite a few of the dishes were tasteless and really bland
- I felt like some of the dishes were carb heavy and I wished there were more veg over pasta/rice
- for what you get it’s quite expensive. Some of the breakfasts are considered premium so you have to pay extra.

Overall, I would try this plan but not sure I could do the whole 12 weeks because even though there are a lot of choices I feel it would start feeling a bit repetitive. But I also feel it’s prefect for when you’re busy.

Can I just say a big thank you for helping me loose weight and eating healthy, the food is very tasty and I have a good selection to choose from,
I appreciate you help, I work 11 hours a day and could not do it myself

Delicious meals and a great customer service team who go above and beyond; especially Tab who is very helpful and quick to respond to any query/request. I'm on week 7 of a 12 week plan and really enjoying learning about portion control and not having to think about what to cook each day.

Absolutely brilliant. The plan is actually for my husband, I only take the delivery but I must say what a fantastic company! The meals are so tasty, I have to stop myself from stealing it. It's a great way to get my husband eat 3 meals a day as he was always too busy before and then would eat too much at night. He loves the meals and is slowly losing weight as well. Recently I had an issue with the delivery, the customer service was incredible. I got contacted the same day after sending my email and the matter was resolved to my absolute satisfaction, I could not fault Result Plan. So far 6 weeks plan completed, half way through the 12 week plan and we are definitely going to renew. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant meals that have kept me on track. And the customer service has been second to none. Really prompt and helpful replies and a positive, 'can do' approach to problem solving. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been on Result Plan for 5 weeks now. The food is extremely tasty and there is loads of variety and good value for money. I especially like the meatballs and Paprika chicken with mango chutney dishes. So far in 5 weeks I have lost 1 stone and am certain I’ll lose more. The Customer Service is extremely good and helpful. I highly recommend Result plan to others.

Good quality, healthy meals. I stopped ordering takeaway as much as I used to and I also save a lot more time now. The meals are tasty too. I recommend Result Plan if you don't want to cook too often yet still want to eat nice, healthy meals without ordering takeaway, 10/10 from me.

I am just completing my first 12 week plan and i cannot believe how easy it was! I've lost the last half a stone i never thought i would and i'm back in clothes i haven't worn for over 4 years! I've been on diets of one sort or another for as long as i can remember and i found the choice of meals i was able to eat on this plan simply amazing and a really refreshing change from the bland meal times i was used to. This plan also helped me transform my eating habits. I thought i'd really struggle eating 3 meals and one snack rather than the constant low calorie grazing i've been doing for years, but after a week i was used to it and frankly enjoyed it. The customer service has been great and i've just purchased my second 12 week maintenance plan. I would definitely recommend Result Plan!

I am on day9 of the 12 week plan I’ve lost 9lb already! Meals are lovely and the convenience of not having to think about what am doing is fantastic! I’ve even stopped eating the kids leftovers:)Thank you Resultplan

Loved this diet plan, meals were delicious and fresh. Choice of food was excellent and there was no meal that I didn’t like! The plans are very flexible and it teaches correct portion size without going hungry. I lost a stone and went down a dress size, very happy 😊

I was a little bit sceptical as I tried a number of different diets in the past and none of them were good. I'm on my 3rd week with the Result Plan and I'm very happy. The food is always delivered on time, nicely packaged and most of all it's delicious. I've had different meals in the last two weeks and haven't been disappointed once. I'm allergic to nuts and I ordered something with nuts in it (my fault for not checking), so I couldn't eat it and they offered me an extra meal the following week free of charge. I regularly get an e-mail and a text about my deliveries and I'm always updated on the progress. I have decided to get the 8 week plan to help me with my diet and to
give me more time away from the food shops and my kitchen, so I don't have to ever worry about what to buy and how to cook it. There is a variety of meals to choose from and even if you don't like something or want to try something else each week, it's so easy to go online and change it. The customer service is great too and they tend to reply within an hour. I honestly think the diet is worth every penny and I will defo use it for much longer than 8 weeks.

This really help my family alot in this hard times.

I ordered this, partly to help lose weight, partly because I’d become jaded overall about dieting, eating healthy and got to the point I no longer wanted to even think about food. I’m loving it. The food is really tasty, real food. I’m on mainly chicken or veg options and I’ve not had one bad meal. I signed up for four weeks initially and now I’m on the 12 week plan. I look forward to working my way through all the menu choices. It’s wonderful. Teriyaki beef…nom nom and I’ve just finished the lemon chicken and sweet potato. Joy!!! Well recommended

Result Plan kept popping up on my Facebook feed along with many others but the food looked really nice and the reviews were positive and at 50yo bloke and tipping the scales at 20st 10lbs I had to do something. So i jumped in with my first 12 week 1450 -1750 plan. My goal is to lose 100 lbs (7st) and 4 months in i'm down 58lbs or just over 4 stone and its been easy if i'm honest. Although I can cook well, the fact these arrive already prepared means I dont even have to think about cooking and how much to make. Result Plan for me is all about some displine to stick to it and portion size. The meals are varied and never boring and I love the Chicken Katsu, Mohito Chicken and Chicken Satay in particular. I've never been a breakfast person (part of my problem eating too much at lunch and dinner) but now i've discovered granola and add my fruit and its a revelation. As a sugar addict, the treats allowed really help and are just enough to stop coming off the wagon. With 3 stone to go, i'm on schedule to reach my goal by November which i'd never thought was realistic but seeing the difference in myself physically, clothes fitting that I haven't worn for a long time, more energy, no aching joints etc , I've no problem staying on the plan. Its been brilliant for me.

Very varied choice of meals, although some best eaten fresh as dishes with rice were not always as tasty when cooked from frozen. Easy to change selected menus at short notice and prompt response from Result Plan when contacted. Daily calorie plan was easy to stick to and very helpful with weight loss. Would definitely recommend.
