Customer service amazing answerd all my question with ease still new yo the system and which stations will take my card but if im stuck i can ring my agent for help.

Jessica and her team helped sort out a problem with an account. She responded pleasantly, efficiently and promptly to both phone calls and emails which helped immensely and resolve the issue satisfactorily.

If you've used a fuel card before, you'll know the standard business model is to draw you in with low pricing then inch it up week by week. Until their ex VAT rate is a little bit less than a cheap pump price, so they look cheap but really make 20%.

What set these guys apart is that they will sign a contract that says they are on a fixed margin tied to a fuel index.... then ignore it and overcharge you. The first time they did this they fessed up and refunded £12k, the second time they played dumb, refused to refund and threatened debt collectors.

RFC signed an agreement which dictated how they could change prices (eg their prices move as fuel prices move, but they can only make an agreed margin within those prices). They chose not to follow this agreement.
