Richard from rightgas attend to my heating once again. Been coming for the past few years.
My favourite engineer by far always helpful and polite.

Terrible company, terrible service. Have cover through Domestic and General and they instructed this company to fix my boiler. Not fixed and now the manager is ignoring my calls.I would not recommending using them

We have gone to the Financial Ombudsman to complain about the service from this company. They told us when they visited that we would need an electrician and they would arrange this.This never happened despite me following up on this by phone many times. We paid for a local plumber to come out who replaced the pump. We then cancelled our cover through Domestic and General after 20 years of being with them.

Do not use right gas it is the compyscottishnpower use for their boiler and maintenance services. I reported a fault on the 12 Thursday then had an all day appointment tge next day on Friday the engineer turned up at 7.15pm, he stayed for 5 minutes and said he needed to order parts, these parts never arrived till Monday the same engineer came and said he smelled gas I got cadet to come out and put off the boiler and got some one to make the gas safe. I then called up and after an argument got a call out for Wednesday. The engineer did not turn up although all voice calls are recorded, he then arrived on Thursday saying he needed parts. Now he is supposed to come on Friday I have no hopes of this being fixed do not use Scottish power boiler care. This company is a con I am about to make an official complaint

Guys do not let Engineer call Steve in to your house.. he is awful and can’t fix anything,his customer service and care is zero..

We have boiler cover with Homeserve and David came through Right Gas. The issue wasn’t straightforward and it took several visits but David was brilliant, patient, committed and determined to resolve . Very good with keeping us updated , friendly and professional - thank you David

My boiler broke down which left me without hot water and heating for 5 days.
I was helped by David De Jesus who has been very honest, trying to minimise the costs.
It has taken him more than 3 hours to fix it, but he remained very professional all way through.

Have maintenance contract with Homeserve and reported to them the heating part of my boiler wasn't working. Dave from rightgas came, had a diverter valve in his van and was able to install it. I appreciated he wore shoe covers and was mindful of making sure no water was left in the airing cupboard. Fantastic service and hope if I have more boiler problems he comes.

David done a great job at fixing our heating, very polite and attentive, and was the only professional who was able to help so thanks a lot !!!

Chris Goddard came to my mums house to fixed a small gas leak detected by a previous engineer.

Gentleman called Dave came to my grandmother's flat in hounslow as she said she had no heating. The issue was simply a turned down thermostat and closed radiator valves. My grandmother is Italian and often very difficult. David went above and beyond, ensuring nanny was warm and was polite and helpful throughout, excellent service

David visited and sorted out our water issues. Pleasure to deal with.

David just fixed my gas hob and uncapped my gas supply. Yay!

Engineer Mo has carried out my boiler service and repairs over a few years now and he's excellent. Calls ahead and is very professional, always have a great experience with him

Our engineer Kimo was brilliant today. He came round to do our annual service, he was extremely efficient and helped us out with a fault. Highly recommend! Thank you Kimo, it could have been a headache if wasn’t for him.

Our boiler needed a new part in which we had gas engineer, Paul to come and fix. He was very nice and explained it was another part that needed replacing instead and luckily had it on him. He was very informative and communicative. Great customer and engineering service. Thank you!
