Immediately received not just a tracking link, but a helpful and friendly reply, clearly written by an actual human being. I've been looking for a good leather camera neck strap and came across Rigu quite by chance. Their black leather (other colours too) camera strap looked good and was well priced.

My experience of Rigu was outstanding! I was interested in a personlised product, and messaged the team as I'd stumbled across their products at short notice and wanted to ensure it could arrive in time as it was a gift. I received a very prompt response, and I'm pleased to say they went above and beyond to help me out, and I received the gift in plenty of time. Once the strap arrived, I was also really pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the boxing/presentation of the product. Really great gift!
