I recently moved into One Lampton Road and have had a great experience so far. The building itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a really convenient location.

A big thank you to Aayushi, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from my initial viewing and application to move-in day and beyond. She’s been responsive, friendly, and always willing to sort out any issues quickly. Her support really made the whole moving experience smooth and stress-free.

Highly recommend both the building and the management team!

I have recently moved into a lovely one bed apartment in Great Ormes House.
Moving as a single individual is quite challenging at the best of times however whilst I was struggling to move boxes from my car to the lift, a lovely guy called Dan that was carrying out some electrical testing at the time, immediately asked me if I would like to use the sites trolley to assist me with the heavy boxes!!!
Super helpful and such a lovely welcome to your site!!! He’s an asset!

The cleaning crew at Prospect Place in Cardiff is always friendly and competent. Very pleased with them.

I just need to tell someone how fantastic the cleaning and maintenance crew in lady isle house ferry court Cardiff. 5 star service.

My company appointed Ringley Group in April 2025 as its managing agent. Sadly they are not living up to my expectations in several ways.
Some of their staff are really helpful but others not so but are argumentative and insistent on their bizarre interpretation of the lease regarding the service charges year despite it being clearly stated in the lease. Tail wagging dog, so to speak.
I am hoping things will improve in the future.
To further elaborate, the lease clearly states that the accounts year end date is 31st December. The Ringley Group bespoke software, however, calculates the accounts year end date as 24th March; which is clearly incorrect but Ringley Group don't see this as the programming error it obviously is and refuse to correct it.
For the sheer absurdity of the situation I have deducted another star.

Dan the maintenance man at Prospect place in Cardiff was a great help when we suffered a leak. He liaised with myself, the tenants at the flat below and helped to find a plumber for me. It was reassuring to know that the Ringley team were caring and considerate.

I work closely with the Ringley team at Prospect Place on a daily basis as we carry out the remediation works. Suzanne and Lindsey have been extremely helpful in assisting us with various tasks around the estate. We have developed a great working relationship and hope to maintain this collaboration throughout the duration of the project.

Suzanne and Lindsay at Prospect place, Cardiff are very attentive and proffesional. I have never experienced such a well run estate.

Shoutout to Dan the electrician at Prospect Place, Cardiff

I had a lighting problem recently and Dan got it resolved quickly and efficiently.

What truly stands out is Dan's polite, friendly and positive attitude which makes all the difference; always smiling and happy to help, even though he must have so much work to do here at Prospect Place.

Class guy! iv recently bought and moved into the building and Dan was super helpful with advice and electrical readings in my
First day. Then i had some issues with my balcony doors and even tho these aren't covered by maintenance dan was on hand came up straight away to help and fixed them for me! 10 out 10 helpful thank you so so much.

Joseph is super helpful in concierge. Offers a friendly welcome and always responds to requests with speed and clarity. Makes a big difference.

Many times , I just wanted to leave a review about him because he’s a top guy, always happy to help, I was about to kill someone because my fire alarm wouldn’t go off, Doug came straight over and put me some new batteries in, he also helped with a few other issues I had in the apartment, including several leaks from the roof, which he had to report, nothing is ever a problem!

Cath, Glynn and Josh are absolutely brilliant!!! 5 STARS HANDS DOWN! They always ensure that the site is maintained to a fantastic standard, crystal cleaned, if something is wrong on site they immediately get to it and resolve it and so much more! I am very impressed with the amount of work Cath, Glynn and Josh do. They're such lovely, down to earth people too. Always a pleasure to speak to them and thank you so much for being you :) From Tom x

Dan thr handy man is always around and quick, extremely helpful, he did paint all the ceiling and sorted the leaks, always help when ever needed, also lent us a dehumidifier to help clear the damp in the apartment.

Excellent team in prospect place and great overall. They really helped us with all the cladding issues and run the estate better than anyone else has in years. It clean, well maintained and staff are responsive. Particular shout out to the night security team, the cleaners and the gardeners who all do an excellent job

I would like to highly commend all the staff at Ringley working at Prospect Place Cardiff .In particular Suzanne , Lindsay and Donta of Ringley of whom provide high levels of professionalism towards MDT Electrical .Working alongside the individuals mentioned makes our job in providing all aspect of maintenance work at Prospect Place extremely easier .Thank you to all at Ringley
