I've been trying to get in touch with Robyn Baker and Stephanie Rawlison for the past 6–7 days, both by phone and email, but neither of them has answered my calls or responded to my emails.

We still can't take out our rubbish because we don't have the code for the bin room, and we can't store our bikes because we haven't been able to get the key to the bike storage room.

Also, there's a large black stain on the floor right outside our flat, which looks really unpleasant and still hasn't been cleaned. We'd really appreciate it if someone could arrange to have it cleaned.

Part of our job as property managers is dealing with block management - if property management can be a thankless job, I can't begin to imagine how difficult it can be for a block manager to have to juggle not one landlord but a whole development. Very few get it right, but a few amazing ones do set the tone of what should be the Golden standard. Genavieve is one of those. I have been dealing with her for several years now and find that she always stands out. Willing to help and get things sorted. Keep shining, Genavieve!

Terrible experience, their communication is awful, any works take forever to get done, if at all, they are expensive and never respond to calls or emails. I've had a roof leak for years and they won't take any action. Stay away!!

Brenton Steenkamp was very helpful to get the problem sorted via email while the portal was not setup/working for me.

The original automated email sent to me carried no link or instructions to help me figure out what was supposed to be done.

My request would be to be consider giving enough context and information so the the person receiving the email for a specific action can actually do so.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never seen such a poor service. It is virtually impossible to reach out the Property Management via phone, email or the portal. Issue go unresolved for months. They even ignore their formal escalation processes.
