What a place!! All the staff are very helpful and attentive. I understand they’re there to sell cars but they just make the whole experience so good. We went to trade in my partners car and ended up coming away with a new one each.

A rang rover evouge told me all the car .chris in sales was very friendly very polite and very professional. He held my dream car for me with a deposit till my money came into my bank account. Disappointing, difficult, and petty
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I requested to return it due to multiple mechanical and cosmetic faults. Early into ownership, I also discovered the vehicle had a police marker associated with it after being stopped on the motorway by armed police. This further reduced my confidence in the vehicle, as I was unaware of this at the time of purchase.
While the dealership eventually accepted the return, the process was unnecessarily difficult. Communication was often slow, and the overall process felt unnecessarily confrontational and petty.
The dealership did ultimately process a partial refund after returning the vehicle, but only after weeks of persistence, evidence, and repeated follow-up.

I recently bought my BMW 320i from Rix Motor Company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Carl Swash was incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept me updated every step of the way. I was originally interested in a BMW 330e, but they discovered an issue with the car and chose not to sell it, which shows they value honesty over making a sale. Although I was disappointed, I mentioned I wanted a car for my birthday, and they went the extra mile to source a similar BMW 320i and even gave me a great discount. I’m really happy with the car and the customer service. Thank you, Carl and the team at Rix Motors! Highly recommended.

An overall pleasant experience
An overall pleasant experience! I hate buying cars but I had a warm welcome from Darren (and a cup of tea!) and not pressurised at all. The car was immaculate and the 2 minor issues I had noticed were rectified before collection. The car was ready upon collection, paperwork was in order and Mr Rix came and thanked me personally for buying a car. Would definitely recommend.
