I’m having same problem with a refund , they keep saying within 14 days but do not refund !!!

Bought items too big sent back requested for smaller items. They were not the correct items that was supposed to be sent out sent back the item now they refused the package. This place is a joke please please do not order from them customer service are dishonest and everyone on here are telling the truth this is a scammmmmmmm if I haven’t seen one it’s is now 1/17/25 no resolution still have not received refund and the have had product since 12/27/24 I have emails stating that I will be refunded in 14 business days still no refund

Roberto Cavalli received my return on November 21, 2024, yet I still have not been refunded. The customer service is an absolute disaster, constantly claiming to “escalate the matter to a higher department.” To this day, I have received neither a response nor my money back. €500 gone without any resolution. Do not order from them—they are nothing short of scammers, despite presenting themselves as a luxury brand. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. The only thing you’ll get is a headache.
Poor quality
Poor quality. And on top of it, the item I bought was different to the one shown on their store. When I contacted Customer Service they told me that they’d reach out SHORTLY with a solution, and here I am still waiting… after 10 days. This brand is all marketing and appearance. A wannabe “luxury” brand.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an online order for a purse on Nov. 29. As of Dec 26, there has been no update as to the status of my order. I have sent multiple emails as well as contacted Customer Service several times.
When I speak to a customer representative- I am told my case has been escalated to higher management and they are waiting for a suitable resolution. It has been over three weeks since my case has been supposedly escalated. Then there is no communication unless I reach out again for an update. I also receive conflicting stories regarding the status of my order from Customer Service each time I speak/ email them.
I checked the reviews for this company afterwards and saw that others were having the same issues.
Save your money and time and avoid shopping with this company. It’s a scam.

I ordered krasovki on 11/29 and received them on 12/5
When I opened the package, it was not the product I ordered! I paid 391.00 pounds, and the beauty ones were sent for 300.00 pounds. On the same day, I contacted customer support! They asked me to send them a photo of what I received. I did everything!
Today is 12/17 and I still have not received an answer as to what I should do next! Every day, morning and evening, I hear the same answer: We have not yet received information from the highest office!!!
Disappointing Experience
I recently ordered a sweater from the official RobertoCavalli.com website, expecting a high-quality product and smooth shopping experience. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that.
My order was shipped via UPS, but I later received an email notifying me that my parcel had been returned to the seller by their request. Confused, I reached out to Roberto Cavalli’s customer service via their website twice, asking for clarification and requesting a refund, but received no response.
To make matters worse, I was unable to log into my account on the website, and when I asked for an alternative contact email to address my issue, I received no help. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that not only fails to provide a resolution but also seems unresponsive to basic customer service inquiries.
At this point, I feel like I’ve been scammed and will not be purchasing from RobertoCavalli.com again. I strongly recommend avoiding this site if you value reliable customer service and transparent communication.

La première a été annulée, j'ai recommencé contente d'avoir reçu l'article.
Mais je dois avouer que la qualité ne vaut absolument pas le prix afficher les finitions sur le produit sont médiocre j'ai peur qu'elle ne tiennent pas longtemps malheureusement je ne recommanderai plus chez eux.

Le lendemain ,commande annulée pour manque de stock , même si le vêtement commandé est toujours indiqué comme disponible dans la même taille selon leur site en ligne. Le service client me signale que leur application n’est pas mise à jour régulièrement.
En attendant, les fonds sont prélevés et vous devez attendre la restitution
Pas un mot d’excuse de la part de Roberto CAVALLI et aucun geste commercial. Il ne vous reste plus qu’à attendre votre argent.

Pessimi!!! Ho ordinato 2 paia di scarpe dal valore di 400€. 9 giorni dopo ancora dovevamo spedirle. Chiamo, il servizio clienti risponde subito, ma praticamente è inesistente. Ho chiesto motivazioni ed in pratica un paio di scarpe mi era stato rimborsato (perche non piu disponibili). Chiedo l annullamento di tutto (datosi che ancora dovevamo spedire) e nulla, ho scritto diverse mail a nulla. Ora ho ricevuto un paio solo di scarpe finalmente ma procederò con il reso, sperando in una tempistica piu veloce. Non comprerò più sicuramente tramite il loro sito

Absolutely never order from their website they don’t have adequate facilities within their IT departments and I was left waiting for an order for almost 2 weeks. They kept blaming the technical department and could not look into it further nor give me an estimate for shipping. Their website says they only take payment after the product has been shipped which is a lie as they took money from my account the minute I ordered. They breached that part of the terms and conditions and they still haven’t refunded me for the cancelled product. Disgusting!!!!!

Servizio cliente incapace. Per due volte mi hanno spedito il costume sbagliato con due ordini diversi pagando due volte lo stesso costume poi non corretto! Ora mi dicono che devo aspettare praticamente 2 settimane per il rimborso del primo e altre due per il rimborso del secondo. Tutto questo perché sono stati incapaci di controllare che il numero d’ordine del sito corrispondesse al costume in questione! Se ne sono accorti solo dopo il secondo errore. Non e’ ammissibile

I had bought some shoes
I had bought some shoes, however after a couple of months there was a gap due to the poor quality of the shoesole. I had contacted them, and at first there was a nice solution, I could return the shoes. But the DHL code had been expired within two weeks returning it back to them (had a quite busy period). After that I could not return it anymore and they never responded back to my e-mails ever again. Very dissapointing, but they gave a solution at first, so because of that three stars.
