My Experience with Roberto Cavalli was a complete disappointment. Their website claimed "import tax" included, but I was unexpectedly asked to pay tax upon delivery by DHL. Their customer service (Anne-Marrie F.) from United States was unhelpful and unresponsive, showing a clear lack of concern for their customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Roberto Cavali at all costs.

I order on the site some staff for sell. On official. The payment went, not a joke 340 with delivery. And then? Site showed me ERROR! I texted to customer care. But no reply!!! Al bills with me! Scum!!!! So rude. I’m ready to share screenshots for proof! And give my bank story!

I bought shoes worth £452, I wore them twice and they got very deformed and chips from the shoe fell out. I reached out to customer service and they didn’t help me at all. In fact they were very unprofessional They instead insisted on giving me 20% of what I paid the shoe to cover up for poor quality of the shoes. I will never buy anything from them ever again and I don’t recommend them either

Horrible customer service!
I purchased £300+ shoes. Write it twice. First time 2 hours and second time 6 hours.
Immediately it started to get loose on its own and parts of the attached metal fell away making it look like it has been used for 5 years!
I am a software engineer. Wearing it is simply me sitting at a desk. So very very low usage.
Tried to contact customer service twice but totally ignored me!

How can it be luxury brand when their packaging was terrible. I ordered a t-shirt and it Comes only the t shirt and the packet even the t shirt was not wrapped with plastic or papper .Even when i buyed cheap things they come with nice packaging. I ordered from other luxury brands and their packaging was on point.

One of my favourite luxury brands over years, the quality of clothes are one of the best for sure but also I was surprised about the trainers, comparable with others luxury brands , this brand have affordable prices

Toujours aussi satisfaite de leurs articles, la qualité et les articles sont toujours aussi incroyables. Les commandes prennent un peu de temps mais ça en vaut la peine.

I placed an order on 8/24/2021 for two pants and one jacket The jacket was shipped two pants were never shipped and customer service is unable to resolve the issue I will dispute the amount with my CC since 21 days later Roberto Cavalli did not even ship any of the pants

I requested from them an expensive bag and shoes , but I received the shoes only with out the bag , I wrote for them many times but refused to send it
I lost my money 😢and I lost the trust on them

Siete dei ladri, ci date una confezione grande per una bottiglietta che se la bevo la bevo in un sorso, lo so che tutto questo è marketing, che fate pagare 49,50€ per una bottiglietta, ma abbiate almeno il coraggio di dare una confezione che dia l'idea di come sia la bottiglietta, per questo intendo che se la bottiglietta è piccola dateci almeno una confezione piccola non una confezione grande per poi aprirla e trovarci una cacatina, immaginatevi la mia reazione tfoooo!!!

order 984vvt through the Internet site. Have sent sunglasses of a different color, not pink - have brown. I contacted the support service, I was offered to return them and that's it! the glasses I ordered are gone. offered as compensation a 10 percent discount, which is already there if you subscribe to the news on the site. in addition, they took 20 euros for delivery, although it is indicated that free delivery to Europe. the site indicates exactly Europe, not the eu countries. I wrote that I would keep my glasses so as not to suffer with the return, but I was not even returned 20 euros for the delivery, which should be free. the problem remained.

after the recall, in June 20 euros were returned for delivery.since somehow they reacted I give 4 stars, not three.

Always great experience. Nice products, packaging, good quality. Fast delivery. Absolutelly reccommended

Ordered an item. Was well-informed through the order to shipment flow.

I decided to return the item, which was a very smooth process.
I initiated the return through my account on RobertoCavalli.com and DHL came to my doorstep to pick up the parcel.

Next day it arrived in Milano and I could follow the process from delivery to the cash return when I logged in on my profile on RobertoCavalli.com. However, I do think they should send e-mail updates too on these matters.

The site sells goods from the Italian designer Roberto Cavalli (Clothes, shoes and bags etc).
I ordered several items from the website, they were delivered just as agreed (3 days) with UPS, a tracking number was provided so I was able to know exactly when the parcel would arrive.
Lovely dress and scarves, looked just like the pictures and lived fully up to my expectations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with their products the shop offers a 14 days free return service as well (also UPS).
