‏I purchased a product worth 191 from your store, and I did not receive the order, and I was not contacted about shipping, what is the reason for the delay ???

When paying £199 for a manual coffee grinder, I would expect someone to check it actually works before they send it out. The adjustment wheel is just completely stuck and will not move. I'm not convinced that the Espresso Maker I bought from them works as it should do either. Very disappointed.

On the ROK PRO an accessory on technique to raise the cup higher ??

Not serious about going his way, my partner was mistaken in ordering on 05/11, I refused the package delivered by colissimo to Paris and he then left for Rok. Since then I am still waiting for the refund !! Rok do not answer my emails.
Very very disappointed.

It's a 3.9 stars...I think it would be nice, if the grinder came with a lid. Because, every time I use it, the beans jump out of the grinder. Great grinder for espresso. Easy to use (some times it's hard to grind some kind of beans).

I love the GC Rok Presso when paired with the naked portafilter. I'm sure the standard kit is fine, but I find making a nice bed for the grounds and tamping it in the naked portafilter is just much simpler and effective. Cleanup is also much nicer. Great espresso with a luscious crema and a great product when you learn the press. My recommendation is to watch videos where the results are good, plus use the correct temperatures for the grind, and grind fine enough to ensure you get the pressure you need.

Makes an incredible espresso, and is very easy to use. A delicious way to start the day.

There are only 4 stars because I emailed you guys about a possible double purchase, that my bank was showing, but you didn't reply. It's not a problem as only one amount of money was actually taken, but some reassurance would have been nice, especially if I was spending more money. as hopefully I will be doing soon.

Just got it today, Looks impressive!....Great Construction, Was wondering about why the Porta Filter is not 100% in line with the center of the ROK....If it is not supposed to, then no problems...If it isn't, then we may have an issue....Overall, the Product looks great. Hope you realize I bought 2 of these...

The ROK GC conversion kit is great, but my old ROK machine has the old cylinder completely stuck in its place, no way to remove it as shown on the video, I will likely need to break it inside by force to remove it :-(

Happy to the replacement arm quite quickly, but disappointed by the expensive postage (brexit and fast postage likely responsible, though). Now the fasteners for the gasket are broken - one head is shredded, the other had a head break off (third party fastener). Now I’m not sure if I can fix it. So the idea of a machine that could last a lifetime seems to have hit a snag...

Service from ROK was exceptional. Communication from making the original order through delivery of the product was better than any other entity I can think of.
The espresso maker arrived intact and with all advertised components.
My criticism is limited to two minor details:
The first is that this machine requires pre-heating in order to get good extraction. Definitely worth the extra work, but still...
The second is regarding the tamper/scoop thingy. The scoop just doesn’t do a good job cleanly filling the portafilter. The tamper is just plain cheap. It’s plastic.
Otherwise I am delighted to own this machine.

I bought the grinder and espresso machine and am very happy with the purchase. It's a great experience making your own coffee manually from bean to cup, and any concerns I had about the quality of the coffee were unfounded. The items are well made and stylish as well.

I bought some consumables to service my ROK and in the process managed to snap one of the bolts on the bayonet. Amazing service from ROK, they sent me a new body and bayonet and got me back on my daily espresso. Exceptional service, thank you ROK.
