ROK Coffee Reviews

Ordered the Rok GC Espresso maker, oak tamper and naked portafilter and all arrived promptly, well packaged and in perfect working order.
After a few months of use I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of the espresso produced and it easily trumps my old mid-range electric pump machine.
The naked portafilter is fun to use and has helped me master the process.

In love with this machine. So well made and the coffee it produces is top quality. Takes a little practice to get the perfect pull but well worth it. Got the grinder too which is a pleasure to use. Highly recommend.

Fast delivery, stellar product - W1 pour over and pressurised basket for the ROK GC.
All good from these guys.

The products are great and I’m really happy with them!!! And customer service is top notch!!!

If you want to learn to pull espresso shots manually this is the machine for you. The setup, routine and the thrill of pulling the perfect shot are there. Keep in mind it takes some practice and patience. I’ll use this machine always. Love it.

Excellent products that have enabled me to repair my grinder and upgrade my espresso machine. Fast delivery and all well packaged.

Coffee maker arrived very quickly. Really high quality machine, nice design and makes great espresso for a snip of the cost of an electric powered machine. And you get a bit of exercise too 👍

I ordered an W1 Pour Over device through the ROK website. It was shipped to me in the US on time with full tracking info. The unit itself works great. Very happy with the transaction and product. Would order through the site again.

Great product shipped and received very quickly.

Great customer support, thanks for the replacement parts!

I’ve tried lots of different ways to make my “perfect” cup of coffee. This does the trick!

Brill product, arrived with secure yet minimal packaging which is ace.

Would recommend.

I should add, the product is very beautiful, it isn't photogenic and thusly is far better looking on your counter-top than your pc screen.

Everything as described, good quality, quick delivery!

It was a pleasure to deal with. They ship really fast. I would recommended them to my friends

i love it, but only critique is it seems less water fits in it now?

This is a beautiful item. Beautifully weighted and a pleasing mix of metal and wood.

Nicely packaged and delivered in fast time.

Fantastic, simple and cannot live without.

This is my second ROK which was purchased for my clinic. I am very pleased by this manual espresso maker and as a previous owner of several commercial electric espresso makers I am very familiar with the art of making great espresso. I also chose to purchase the optional ROK portafilters to compare the end product and am very impressed!

If you are on the fence about which manual espresso maker I would recommend the ROK. Yes, I have used other manual espresso makers but the simplicity of the ROK and end product won out for me. And, just as some of the electric machines I owned, altering your grind with a quality burr grinder, how fast you extract and the portafilter used can create a different taste making any espresso lover happy.

Good luck on your next cup, I know what mine will taste like!
