I’m happy with the service I received from this roofing and ventilation company. I ordered plastic sheets and connectors for my extension. At first, not everything was delivered, but after I contacted them, they responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. They sent the missing items without any hassle, and everything arrived as promised.
The products are excellent quality, and their customer service was outstanding. It’s great to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and resolves any issues promptly.
I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. 100% satisfied – a well-deserved 5 stars!

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. The roofing sheets are excellent quality, and I’m extremely pleased with them. One of the sheets was slightly damaged during transit, but the company responded quickly and resolved the matter professionally. Their communication was friendly and helpful throughout, and the customer service was exceptional. I would happily purchase from them again and highly recommend this company. Thank you Jess!

Hi,
Thank you very much for your kind review.
We're pleased to hear you were happy with both the quality of your roofing sheets and service you received.
We really appreciate your recommendation and look forward to dealing with you again in the future.
Kind regards,
Roofing Ventilation Team
If you are not in a rush, you will get what you paid for NEXT year
Well, you charge £30 for delivery a small item and the carrier you selected is worst of all! The items get lost in the system, on the delivery day, no show up, no message, no update. I have to call the carrier several times in 3 days to get to know what is happening with the item and rearrange for re-delivery, then, I have to wait for another week for the reattempt next week!

Rather expensive shipping costs
Rather expensive shipping costs, took so long to deliver also they put returns policy conditions against customer’s rights! Once I have challenged them! They sent me an email immediately promising to issue full refund! There after yet again two weeks later I have to chase them for refund, then they deduct the cost of shipping when they sent it to me in a very poor package 📦!
Never deal with them again.

Good afternoon,
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
We understand your frustration regarding the time taken to process your refund, and we apologise for the delay on this occasion.
To clarify, the items were ordered in a size that was not suitable for your requirements. As these products are normally returned to the manufacturer, our returns policy states that a restocking fee may apply. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to waive this fee and accept the return directly, refunding the full value of goods. As mentioned in correspondence, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
We also note your comments regarding the condition of the outer packaging. While we appreciate this is frustrating, the package was delivered by an independent courier and, although the outer box had been exposed to the weather, you did not report any damage to the products themselves.
We always aim to provide fair resolutions for our customers and appreciate your feedback.
Kind Regards,
Roofing Ventilation Team

Bought couple of bags of fixings…
Bought couple of bags of fixings buttons for polycarbonate. At £18 (!) delivery charges I expected the CEO to deliver them personally the next day. Unfortunately was only DPD after 10 (!) days (order placed on 3rd of May and delivered on 13th of May) .
Make of this what you want, I say it's a rip-off.

Hi Darius
Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that delivery times and costs are important considerations, and we’re sorry if this caused any confusion.
We’d like to clarify that your order was delivered on the 6th working day, which is within the lead time of 5–7 working days stated on our website which is visible before purchase.
Please note working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
All delivery charges are also fully stated on each product and in the basket, so there are no hidden fees, allowing customers to make an informed decision, before proceeding with a purchase.
If you ever have any questions about delivery or need items sooner, we’re always happy to help and can often accommodate faster shipping where possible. Our team is available via phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram to assist with any queries.
We truly value your feedback and if you have any further questions please let us know.
Best regards,
Roofing Ventilation

Good morning,
We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Your order was placed on 11th March and delivered on 31st March, which was within the estimated 10-15 working day lead time clearly shown on both the product page and at checkout.
We always aim to be transparent with delivery expectations and competitive with our pricing, while continuing to provide quality products and service. We also cannot see any correspondence from you chasing the order. We always encourage customers to get in touch if they need an update, and our team are happy to help wherever possible.
