sending me my tracking sooner would help

I love this website, im trying to decorate my room and this is really helpful, so many aesthetic stuff and it’s all sorted out pretty well, I unfortunately lost my wish listed item after a while cause the page unloaded I think

Never responded for refund
My items were ineffective and i sent multiple emails for months for a refund but they never respond

I really love how much variety there is on the site, there's always something new popping up. When i'm in the mood to change something in my room or get some fresh ideas ^^

I bought two bedding sets, one had a massive rip and the other completely inaccurate, both the wrong size, and a horrible material.
They ignored my emails for weeks and did not respond for a return or refund.

I liked the bedding but did not like how long it took for the bedding to get to me

I ordered night lights for my nieces. The shipment took a long time to get here. And it was the wrong ones . I kept them anyway to avoid more hassle. The girls will enjoy these anyway I'm sure .

Never received my order and they did little to fix the problem

i was not really satisfied with one product that I got. but returning it was easy so i'm greatful for that :) But the other product I bought i'm very happy with.

Unfortunately, the size and coloured I received was completely different to what I ordered. Apparently there were issues in the warehouse but already my order took a month to arrive and now I have to wait another month. They didn’t even reimburse me for the time I’ve had to wait and frustration this has caused me. I spent over $150AUD on this so it is extremely disappointing to see my order get treated like it was nothing. Thankfully there’s a new set on its way but the fact I’ve had to wait 2 months is honestly appalling.

The quality does not match the price. Fabric is cheap microfiber. The hemming of the edges looks unprofessional. One of the items I purchased (a little tiny lamp) broke the first time it fell. The dimensions in the descriptions are incorrect.

I ordered a bedding set off of Roomtery and really liked it! It came in looking correctly with all the same colors as the photo. The only issue I had was the bedsheet I ordered didn't fit my bed correctly :(. I have a queen-sized mattress and ordered a queen-sized set but the fitted sheet doesn't completely fit over the sides of my mattress. I'm not sure if I should've ordered a king size instead? The cut of the fitted sheet also doesn't seem like it makes sense for a mattress. It's like it's cut as a square as opposed to a rectangle. I really like the set but I can't use it. If Roomtery replies or sees this is there any way I can return just the fitted sheet or exchange just the sheet itself?

Why is it so hard to return things to roomtery? really comes across poorly-you just keep delaying or being non-responsive with the hope that people give up. As requested pictures of the item have been sent to you and it's still being "initiated" according to Mark L. Lesson learned-never again.

I only received one part of my order and still haven't heard back about where the rest of it is.

I never received my bedding nor did I get a reply from you when asked.

I did receive a reply finally and my order a few days later. Also had Mike continually checking in with me.
