Got this rug for my younger sister and she loved it. Shipping was timely, even during the holiday rush. Would recommend!

Order at your own risk! I purchased a bedding set that upon arrival looked nothing like the online photos. The colors were way off, and no it's not just the lighting in the photos. I promptly sent an email to customer service (as this is apparently the only way to initiate a return!!!) with my order info and requesting a full refund to my original payment. I haven't received a response from their customer service.

UPDATE: Following up to say that despite the effort it takes to get a return processed, I was successfully able to complete mine.

I have tried to contact customer service multiple times for a refund, no one has replied to my emails. I included order number and I have product in same packaging as was sent, however it seems as if company is aiming to let the 30 day refund policy expire on me. A shame, as I would have been inclined to work with this company again, but likely not after the horrible experience I’ve since had.
Edit: Since this post, the company has since reached out to me to provide a refund. I have adjusted my overall rating to 3 stars because of this.

Posted tracking info was incorrect but it got here eventually after several weeks. Unfortunately it is not as described. There appears to be a thin layer of printed material with the pattern on top of a clear plastic disk. The pattern is not embedded or diffused into the plastic as you would expect for a $9 coaster. I bought it to put behind my metal number sign to look like the sun, not sure this will work...

It is a super cute duvet cover! It just doesn't have the corner attachments that was expected and the material is rather thin.

The sheets were better than excpected! I was afraid they would look cheap but they’re actually really good quality and look super pretty <3

Horrible service! Not what i ordered online at all! Order number 8179…I ordered yellow checkered duvet, with matching pillow cases and they came light brown, not even squares, but like a wooden bamboo pattern…not happy at all…even the fitted sheet is gold…NOT yellow! My daughter is not happy and I want my money back…I have sent 2 emails and no response. My order took over the 10 days to arrive…comes from China! Not what I expected at all. No wonder it took so long to arrive. We expected a bright happy yellow, not a gross tan and gold.

We never received the comforter ordered over a month ago. They keep telling us it is "in transit" but no progress. When I asked for a refund there is no response. This site is a SCAM!

Updated: In response to your answer you have never reached out to our knowledge. Only replied to our online request for updates. We also clarified that the address we provided was correct. We are unclear as to why the delivery was never made. Thank you for refunding to us once the shipment is returned to you. However, we would like our refund now as you have indicated the package is being sent back to you due to no fault on our end.

I have emailed customer service twice about a return and nobody has ever gotten back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I have contacted customer service via email multiple times because I want to return the product which is still in it's original packaging because it was not as described - no one will respond to me! There is no number to call, no way to figure out how to make a return. Very frustrated.

This company completely ripped us off. Don't waste your time and money ordering from this site. We were scammed and didn't receive anything close to what we ordered.

Awful. Bought LED Lights, and put them. They kept coming down, one bit at a time. I eventually got so pissed I took them down, but they took paint off my walls. Do not buy anything from this site.

EDIT: 19/04/24 I was contacted by the store, and was fully refunded.

Art Thieves. They steal images from small artists’ websites and pass them off as theirs. Artist gets ripped off and customer gets something different from the original

Edit: I see in another negative review complaining about the same thing, you replied your artists are on other sites and it’s an “open market” and “competition”. They’re not “your artists” you’ve simply taken images from places like Etsy and reposted them as though they are yours. You are vile, dishonest and deceitful! I hope karma catches up with you very soon.

I notice you didn’t add a contact email to your response. You know what you are doing, you know it’s wrong. STOP IT!

I will make the other artists aware and they will inundate you with reviews!

This is your first and only warning. Stop stealing, take ALL the stolen artwork off your site or face the consequences.

Got my new cute digital clock from roomtery and extremely happy with my purchase! Took around 2 week to deliver the item but it’s okay for me. Will order again.

Roomtery is complete fraud and joke. They claim 7 to 14 days delivery which they know is wrong. They ship from China and takes forever. Please do your research before ordering. They are not what you think. Ruined our Christmas with false claims. Cannot call. they have no phone number for customer service. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is a scam. The items I was delivered were very different in terms of quality than what was pictured on the website. Like completely different. I bought a heart shaped mirror for $24 and was expecting it to be high quality. I am sorely disappointed with how cheaply made it was. I could have bought it for $1.25 at the dollar store.

Scam!!!!! This company shipped me some cheap products off Alibaba - there was even a Chinese receipt in the package!? If i could give it NO STARS I would! After I searched the product s I bought from them online I discovered that all of their products are being drop shipped from other sites at a mark up. Do not recommend!

They screwed up the delivery so it took like 3 weeks. But in general, the product quality and customer service is ok.

This is website is a scam. They scam people by putting pictures that are way different then the real product. Especially about the bedding set my experience is very bad it came with very thin material I washed it and it was very ripped and bad quality. And they said they will give me a gift and I did not receive the gift. We tried putting a review on the website and it did not appear probably because they don’t want to put any bad reviews on there website that’s why there scammers. Even the pillow cases are way to small. Please do not buy from this website. Also be aware that all the reviews are probably fake.
