Dreadful

Dreadful, absolutely DREADFUL.
They are happy to take your money and provide NO service at all.
In the future i would not go near a property with this company attached to it.
I dont understand how they are still in business!!

We received a demand and possible court action for an invoice we had not received which was very upsetting for us but Nicole (client support administrator) was extremely helpful and understanding, explaining the situation and getting it sorted out for us. Well done, Nicole!

Don't use them

Poor communication, they are with holding money from peoples, they didn't check areas of our estate and started to make our estate look awful and uninviting to people. Whenever we tried to contact or get information they would fob people off. Honestly if you can get away from them as a company I would as I think your average joe could do a better job when they also work a 9 till 5
