I've attended Nicolas for a couple of different muscular skeletal issues. Recently for a flare up of hip pain I've had on & off for many years. He is absolutely determined to find the root of the problem. I've seen many physios over the years but Nicolas hands down is the one I would recommend to anyone suffering with a persistent problem.

First professional I’ve been too that’s actually fixed me! I’ve had an issue with my knee giving way when I squat. As a keen gym goer this was depressing and debilitating for me. I’d suffered for months until I booked in with Nicolas. Rather than the problem coming from my knee he suspected that it was originating from my periformis. He explained the issue in plain terms, showed me how to combat it and encouraged me to return to the gym and do the exercises that I’ve been sitting out on like deadlifts and back squats. Good news is this week I’ve just successfully completed deadlift’s AND back squats without a single issue, so happy! I make sure to perform the exercises Nicolas recommended before and after. If you are skipping gym routines due to niggles and not training to the full because of it like I was, then I’d highly recommend you go see Nicolas. He actively wants you to return to the things you love doing. I’m So glad I booked in with Nicolas as I’m now getting back the best version of myself. Thank you Nicolas Rossi!

I had an appointment with Nicolas on Saturday evening. He listened attentively as I described my symptons and he accurately diagnosed the problem. His treatment was gentle and I thought I was cured after the first go, but he did it a total of three times, and then another three times! Then I got instructions about exercises to do, and other exercises I could do when away from home. I feel great now.

Great experience getting treated by Nicolas

I went to see Nicolas after suffering for many months with a pain in my Achilles, and after having had a consultion with my GP. Nicolas took his time to identify the possible causes of my discomfort and to examine my leg. He tried out some stretching exercises, which had an almost instant positive effect. After following his suggested stretching regime over the following days, I can confidently say that it has had a transformative effect on my mobility and quality of life. I would have no hesitation in returning to see Nicolas again, should it be necessary.

My 15yo Daughter had ongoing muscle cramping / tightness and pain following a long recovery from a football injury. Nicolas seen her twice and she is back playing with no calf tightness allowing her to play full matches again. I wanted to book in a 3rd appointment but Nicolas checked if her issue was resolved and when we confirmed he said no point in paying more money if it's not needed. Really appreciated that he didn't just take the opportunity to add in more sessions for the sake of it and gave true value for money, it's worth the price for the session as you get total relief after 1-2, thanks so much!

I hurt my shoulder, swinging a golf club, but the pain moved to my neck and back over the following days. It got so bad, I could barely get out of bed couldn’t really move my neck, without a sharp pain.
I explained the pain to Nicolas, who said it was the tightening of the muscles had caused it and nothing too serious.
He did some dry needling on my neck and back to relieve the pain. This was very effective. He then asked me to move my neck and body to see if there was any more pain. There was, in certain movements, so he did some more and this relieved it. He also showed me some exercises to help stretch.
I found Nicolas very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He was friendly and never felt he was rushing me.
If I ever get pain like this again, I would have no hesitation in going back to him and have recommended him to several friends.

I saw Nicolas for an appointment on Saturday 19th July, I have had severe sciatic pain for a number of weeks, he did gentle stretching exercises which were easy to follow and provided instant relief. I now have an insight into the cause of my problem and I’m able to use the simple exercises he recommended. He also recommended a muscle relaxant which my GP has prescribed. I had been a previous patient of Nicolas following an injury a few years ago and on both occasions his unique treatment has worked well for me. I would highly recommend and would certainly use his services again in the future.

Nicolas is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has an absolutely lovely way with him that allows you to trust in his techniques and he is dedicated to helping you with pain relief from the first session.
