Nicolas has been involved in my care for some time now. He is very approachable and kind. I feel he truly listens (and believes) the pain and discomfort I feel. Right from the start he made it clear that he would do everything he could to try an ease my pain. He taught me simple stretches and techniques as well as performing dry needling together with pressure massage. I have on-going issues with compressed nerves in my neck, so having the pressure released is a marvellous relief. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicolas to anyone and will definitely be looking him up if/when my issues rear their ugly head again! Thank you Nicolas

Great physio. Nicolas simply explained where my pain was coming from and why it was causing the pain in the first place. He gave me 3 options to control my pain and I went for acupuncture, having never tried it before. There was no pain involved and it was very relaxing. He feels the one session of acupuncture is enough along with heat applied to the area and with the exercises he recommended will be enough to aid my recovery. Thank you so much

Very talented and knowledgeable, which brought a lot of comfort to me after a few bad experiences within the healthcare service. Nicolas took the time to figure out where the problems in my back where coming from, brought so much relief with acupuncture and pressure techniques and also offered further support via exercises to do at home and the offer of follow up appointment and advice as required.

Nicolas has a unique and refreshing approach to physio. He believes in what he practices and takes physio from a more natural approach. He has calm and friendly nature providing the perfect, relaxed environment. He actively listens and understands the individual before prescribing therapy. He is very knowledgeable and has a straightforward way of explaining and demonstrating procedures and exercises. Overall Nicolas is a fantastic physio and I would highly recommend him.

Nicolas took his time to listen and assess my issues. He explained how we were going to manage my pain before providing the physiotherapy. The dry needling was hugely beneficial, and the exercises shown have really helped.

Nicolas is an absolute magic man! I was in so much pain on my first visit with him, he took a lot of time to listen to me and explain what he was hoping to achieve from his sessions. He took time to explain the structure of my back and what he thought was going on. He followed me up within a short time and wasn't happy I left until I was pain free. I am now able to return to work and back to how I was pre-injury. I would highly recommend Nicolas! Stacey

I was referred to Nicolas for a bulging lumbar disc with nerve impingement.
