I was referred to Nicolas through occupational health after being off work sick for a while with back pain and knee pain. I have been receiving physio from another source for a while to no avail. Then came "Nicolas". What a kind, caring, sympathetic young man with excellent knowledge and understanding not to mention being a fantastic occupational therapist. From start to finish my experience was that of genuine professionalism. The exercises were gentle and done at my own pace and afterwards his email and work phone number were given should I have any questions or concerns. You are a star Nicolas and I would give you ten stars if possible. Thank you so much. Highly highly recommend this man if you are unfortunate enough to need an occupational therapist this is the person to go to. If only there were more like you 😁 Dawn ward.

Nicholas really does have magic hands!!
I was referred for physiotherapy through Occupational Health after suffering a stress fracture in my foot in September 2022. Having attended just a couple of sessions, with hands on & dry needle (Accupuncure) therapy, there definitely was a marked improvement in my pain levels and mobility.
Fast forward a year later. Again,
I was referred because of chronic neck & shoulder pain. I also had pain & weakness in my left wrist, caused by another fracture the previous year. Again, Nicholas helped to alleviate pain through hands on manipulation & dry needles that have certainly gave me much needed relief!
I would have no hesitation in recommending him!!! He is a highly skilled Physiotherapist who is an expert in his field. He explains exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he really is a genuinely nice guy who goes that extra mile to do all he can to help you.

I was referred to Nicolas via Occupational Health following severe pins and needles, numbness and weakness of both my arms and hands. It felt as though my arms are falling off. I was diagnosed by my GP with CTS but consistently getting worse with no relief for 3 weeks despite painkillers and splint. Phoned GP and said there's nothing much they could do and to wait for physio appt in a month's time. I was in agony and not knowing what is happening with me, I thought I was dying.
Nicolas was brilliant, he explained what caused the symptoms and where it's coming from. After he performed acupuncture, the relief was immediate! And I felt like a new person after each session. He recommended steps to help me manage the pain and exercises as well. And to contact him after a week or so if I need further sessions. He said he can fix me in no time and so he did! Thank you so so much Nicolas!

Nicolas was very approachable and explained everything, helping me to understand the reasons for my discomfort.The exercises and treatment, including acupuncture, he gave me have certainly helped. It is very reassuring to know that if things don’t continue to improve that I can contact him again for another session. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

I was referred to Nicolas via Occasional Health at work. When I arrived for my appointment I had endured 4 weeks of quite severe and constant pain, coming from my neck. I was fearful that the pain was here to stay and was becoming quite depressed about it.

Nicolas was pleasant, reassuring and confident while carrying out a holistic assessment of my condition. Nicolas explained what was happening in my body and encouraged questions. He informed me that he would resolve my pain, probably that session but certainly by a second session, and at that moment I was sceptical.

Nicolas used acupuncture and I felt the pain melting away, it was truly amazing! However I woke up in extreme pain that night and emailed Nicolas in a bit of a panic! He responded first thing next morning, reassuring me that I was on track, reiterated strategies such as applying heat to the area and attached the relevant exercises to do. Nicolas asked for me to email an update on the Monday morning and he could schedule another appointment if necessary.

Nicholas is a highly skilled physio with a genuine compassion for his patients. I recommend him without reservation!

This man s a magician.
I was referred for physiotherapist after a car accident. I had shoulder pain all the time and a limited range of movement that made even simple tasks difficult. I developed coping mechanisms but worried that this was becoming a chronic injury. Thank heavens for Mr Rossi. During an initial phone consultation Nicholas established how far off base line my mobility was , my general health and what I hoped could be achieved by treatment. He was reassuring and positive. I was excited to get started. Nicholas supplied me with an exercise plan and helpful diagrams so that I could immediately prepare for the first appointment.I felt in control of my progress. I’ve had two sessions of acupuncture now and already feel more comfortable. I’m not guarding my arm so much and surprise myself by doing a task that had been uncomfortable before. Nicholas speaks quietly so I’ve found myself listening very carefully to his advice and I’ve never felt rushed. He’s so patient. I feel the treatment has been a real success and that the programme was individualised and personal to me. I expect to make a full recovery with Nicolas s support. He deserves all the plaudits ! From my initial consultation with Mr Rossi, I was put at ease and felt comfortable with the proposed course of treatment. I found him to be very professional, friendly and engaging, explaining throughout the treatment what he was doing, why and the expected result.

My wellbeing and comfort was a priority at all times and frequent check ins that I was feeling ok during the therapy reassured me I was in capable hands whereby I, the patient, was important and not a job to get completed ASAP.

Overall I absolutely endorse and recommend Mr Rossi as one of the best physios I’ve encountered in all my years in my current job, and I’ve seen my share!

I was referred to Nicolas via occupational health for ankle pain that had originated months before but had eventually became unmanageable and debilitating.
I must say I was sceptical, as my previous experience of OH MSK physio had not been helpful nor pleasant!

On our first session he completed a very thorough and holistic assessment-and felt he knew what the problem was before he even put hands on me.
After treatment and acupuncture I felt some immediate relief, but in the following days/weeks the pain has completely resolved.
I can hardly believe it! I am very grateful for his professionalism and skills! But also his genuine warmth, compassion, empathy and knowledge of the inner workings of the world/NHS and the effect of these on us mere mortals.

I would recommend Nicolas to anyone and everyone, he’s an amazing physiotherapist and all-round great human.

I cannot recommended Nicolas enough! I’ve suffered from shoulder/back pain for years and have spent hundreds of pounds on physio’s, chiropractor's, massage, anything and everything, nothing seemed to help - and then there was Nicolas! After only a few sessions I can honestly say that I’m now the most comfortable that I’ve been in years. Totally life changing, an incredible physio!

A master of his profession. I attended Nicolas as a last resort. I was being marked for my second neck surgery. Nicolas was able to use his array of skills to help my bulging disc reabsorb. My surgery was avoided. If I had attended Nicolas before my original neck surgery, I believe it would have been avoided altogether. Nicolas is a positive, calm, collected, and confident individual. This helps put your mind at ease each session, giving you a sense of trust and confidence. You just know you are in good hands, and he genuinely cares for your well-being. I personally could never thank this man enough for what he has done for me.

Nicolas is fantastic I was referred to him through my employer within 5 minutes he had pinpointed the problem with a tight muscle. This man is fantastic highly recommend the pain has eased and I hope to have a review appointment soon

With his hands on approach and dry needling, the pain in my back and neck after my car accident had much improved after 2 sessions. Nicolas was friendly and explained treatments and exercises.

I cannot say enough good things about Nicolas!! He is so very professional and extremely knowledgeable it his field. I saw him because I couldn’t bend my arm behind my back. Within 2 months seeing him once a fortnight there has been a significant improvement to the mobility in my arm! I've met Nicolas through my work when my manager referred me to physio due to my painful elbows. Prior to seeing Nicolas I was initially seen by physio consultant as I was referred by my GP and was told that I have a bilateral tennis elbows & bilateral cubital tunnel syndrome. However, Nicolas asked me if I was interested in seeing him just for a second opinion, at first I was hesitant because I have friends and colleagues who have had physio referral and never had a face-to-face session but rather sent a youtube link to have a self physio/exercise at home. I've had two sessions with him, 1st session was acupressure & the 2nd was acupuncture & acupressure. The pain on my elbows became just a pressure sensation after each session though after a few days the pain was sort of coming back but it's nothing compared to what I've had before. Another thing I like is Nicolas explained everything that takes my worries away and after those sessions the possibility of getting steroid injection is now very slim. I couldn't thank him enough for the reassuring care he has given me and because of that I highly recommend Nicolas for the job well done!

A very professional and friendly person who has provided great care through physiotherapy regarding a long term reoccurring shoulder injury. I have had multiple appointments with Nicolas over the years to help address reoccurring pain in my shoulder and Nicolas has provided excellent physiotherapy each time. Highly recommend!

By the time I was referred to Nicolas through my work, I had a longstanding (over 2 years) problem with tendonitis and pins and needles in my right arm. I had scans of both my elbow and my shoulder which revealed nothing. I had been to a number of physios and the problem was never resolved and I was no clearer as to what was causing the issue. By the end of my first telephone consultation with Nicolas, he was able to diagnose the cause of problem from my symptoms alone and by the end of 2 sessions with him, my tendonitis and pins and needles were resolved. He is very professional and clearly an expert in his field. Highly recommended.
