I recently saw Nicolas following an accident on holiday where I damaged my hamstring. I had been in lots of pain and was unable to drive. I initially had a telephone consultation during which he explained exactly what was causing my pain and he arranged to see me the following Friday, advising me that I should be able to drive following the consultation. Nicolas worked on the muscle at the consultation and such a difference, having only been able to hobble around following my appointment I was able to walk out of the hospital and I was able to drive. I had a further consultation and I’m now almost pain free. Such a change in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Nicolas and would most certainly consult him again.

I feel incredibly indebted to Nicolas, were it not for his care and attention, I would have been getting spinal surgery that I just didn't need. Through a simple phone consultation he was able to discover that the treatment I had been receiving elsewhere was incorrect and put me on the right course to recovery. Within a week my debilitating pain was dramatically better, I completely stopped the pain killers that I had needed for 4 months and avoided surgery.

When I saw him in person he was extremely professional with a wonderful bedside manner. He examined me and was able to show me an exercise to help my back recover.

I would highly recommend him and am very grateful for the care and concern he has shown me.

Had reason to see Nicolas on 2 occasions over the last 3 years. On both occasions he was extremely polite, pleasant and professional and knowledgeable. He has an amazing sense of humour. He really knew his job identifying the long standing problem immediately on assessing me and without ado had the situation under control and homework given in the form of exercises. He is very approachable and follow up is excellent. I will be recommending him to anyone I know who needs physiotherapy. An amazing guy.

‘ The French physio’ Nicholas cured me today in one hour! Like a miracle. My back had been sore for a few weeks and my shoulder and lower arm for a few months. He knew exactly what to do to stretch it out. (We had discussed the problem beforehand on the phone)
He worked on the painful areas until the muscles had totally relaxed.
It was like a switch was flicked! I’m totally better- and back playing tennis with no pain tonight !
I would highly recommend him- he has a great understanding of how to treat the painful issue and he gave exercises to prevent re-occurrence.
I had been to see him a few years ago with a really painful back problem and he taught me how to do the correct exercises to stretch out the muscles which I now do whenever I feel any tightness.

The best Physio I have attended. Nicolas was able to diagnose and solve my ongoing issue, which I had experienced for year, on my first visit. Good explanation of treatment, advice and info, and gave me some simple but very effective exercises to do at home which continue to help. Highly recommended Physio and a really nice guy!

Fantastic physio. Really knows his stuff and is great craic. Nicholas really makes you feel at ease and works at a pace comfortable to you.

I can honestly recommend Nicholas to anyone who is thinking of physiotherapy. Reasons?

This physio was really good at explaining the problem I was having.
The strengthening exercise that he gave me was easy to do at home and it has worked.
He fixed the painful area in about 5 minutes.
A very pleasant gentleman to get help from.
I would definitely recommend him.

I was experiencing a lot of pain and restricted movement for months with a frozen shoulder. Following treatment by Nicolas my pain is significantly reduced and movement is so much better. I could see an improvement after each session.

I attended Nicolas through an occupational health referral for knee pain. He quickly diagnosed and gave me an excellent description of the problem, which gave me the confidence to remain working whist undertaking his prescribed programme of exercise.

I was lucky to have had Nicholas as my physiotherapist because I was in agony for months, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained it in a comprehensible and concise way. He was extremely polite and friendly yet professional. In a matter of just one session the pain drastically improved so, and in weeks it was almost completely gone.

Nicolas was treating me for shoulder impingement. After his initial assessment he recognised my problem straight away and then explained what he was going to do, it left me feeling confident that he was going to help me. From getting treated by him & doing the exercises he showed me I have went from hardly being able to raise my arms above shoulder height to now getting full rotation of my shoulder. Also his technique for releasing muscular pain due to tightness & knots is second to none.
Nicolas is a genuinely nice guy and I would definitely recommend anyone to him for treatment & will not hesitate to go to him again if needed.

I can’t recommend Nicolas enough. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough Physio. I went for neck and shoulder pain via a work-place referral; I was very pleasantly surprised with Nicolas’s hands-on approach, esp the use of acupuncture! The pain in my shoulder was gone after 1 session! Wouldn’t hesitate to contact him for help again :)

I have just had my second session with the French physio and feel almost 100% better already. He is totally professional and explains every process in a language that is easy to understand. I have been given a few exercises to do at home to improve the strength in my back and hopefully prevent further strains. I would totally recommend the use of his services

I attended physiotherapy with Nicholas through The Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. I was referred regarding my ongoing neck problem. I had been suffering ongoing neck problems for a number of years. Nicholas conducted a thorough examination and explained my issues in a clear and comprehensive manner. After conducting several acupuncture and manipulative sessions Nicholas kept me at ease explaining the benefits. He also proposed a number of simple exercises ensuring I had a clear understanding. Since attending physiotherapy with Nicholas I have noticed a huge improvement. I would without a doubt recommend Nicholas.
