My appointment with Nicolas was money well-spent. He listened intently to my problems as I had been experiencing stiff legs, cramps and painful knees.
Nicolas diagnosed the pain was stemming from a little muscle in my buttock. He proceeded to treat the pain by performing specialised exercises.
After 2 days I have to say I am very surprised with the improvement I feel, particularly when walking. I do not have to rely on my cane as much. My balance is also better. I have to perform daily exercises.
I am delighted with the care and attention afforded to me. Nicolas is a dedicated physiotherapist who genuinely cares. He also performs complementary treatment and offers advice on nutrition.

Nicholas took a lot of time with me, listened to my concerns about the severe numbness in my legs, the tingling in my hands , face and left arm and made a succinct diagnosis before he showed me simple do-able exercises to deal with the problem....

I’ve had a sore back for 3 years. I went to see Nicolas hoping that he could help. He was fantastic. I felt comfortable with him and he gave me a diagnosis.
