The product is fine, communications less so…
The product is fine and pretty good value.
My only issue was that it was shown as ex stock and usually despatched within 24 hours on the site.
I ordered April 7th the item arrived in April 6th.
No problem with that either except that the only communication was the order acknowledgement and the despatch process... no indication that it wouldn't be shipped in 24 hours.
Communication was poor in this regard. Otherwise faultless..

Rowlinson Recommended
I bought a garden table and six chairs from Rowlinson. The quality of the table and chairs is very good, considering the price. I expect this robust garden furniture to last for many, many years.
The speed of delivery bettered the estimate I'd been given. Rowlinson is Recommended!

We purchased the Hemsway 2 seater bench…
We purchased the Hemsway 2 seater bench along with the Ascot folding table both arrived very quickly, much less time than quoted. We are really pleased with the look and quality and the bench is very comfortable .
The assembly of the bench was quite easy but I would suggest using some lubricant on the screws, I used a touch of washing liquid , also be careful that you put the seat the right way up they are guide holes make sure they are on the bottom.
Very pleased with both products and the customer service I requested a replacement screw as I had damaged one and it arrived in a couple of days.

Dreadful service
Ordered a shed and waited in all day for it. Eventually in the evening I received an email to say it had been delivered with a photo of it at my front door. However, when I went to check, it wasn’t there, so either the driver took it or it was stolen. When I contacted Rowlinson, they took no responsibility and just told me to go to the police. Absolutely shocking service and wish I’d read the reviews here before purchase, as I am left out of pocket and without shed.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are truly sorry that you had a bad experience with your order from Rowlinson. We understand how frustrating this is for you.
Our records showed the order as delivered, with a delivery photograph provided by the carrier. When a customer reports a missing delivery, when there is a proof of delivery image, we advise contacting the police where theft is suspected, as this helps create an official record that can support any subsequent investigation. However, we recognise that this advice alone may have left you feeling unsupported, and we apologise for this.
If you would like to discuss this further please get back in touch with our Sales Team who will assist you to the best of their ability with this issue.

The furniture looks great. And great value too
It took me about 45 minutes to put the table together. Maybe it’s me but a little more detailed set of instructions would have been helpful

Straightforward ordering and Excellent product!
Ordering was straightforward, delivery was quick although there was some confusion with delivery over Easter weekend but that was quickly resolved by a telephone call. I am extremely pleased with the mini hardwood greenhouse. Easy to assemble and it seems very sturdy.

Arbor for my garden
I was impressed with the speed of delivery. Ordered on the 12, arrived early morning of the 13th, was put up in my garden on the 14th of Feb. The quality of the Arbor 'Kashmir' is very good. All the screws and instructions were included and made assembly easy. Good value, good quality, fair price.

Vienna sofa set with coffee table plus protection cover
I ordered the Vienna Sofa set which included the glass top coffee table. I also ordered a protection cover on 22nd January 2026 Order delivered on 26th January 2026. . The delivery was first class informed each stage of time of delivery. The sofa set was even better than I expected with lovely thick cushions. The main reason for picking this set was because it has an aluminium frame which last so much longer than a steel frame. The customer service was first class as I wanted to know which protection cover fitted this model. No waiting for phone to be answered and information given straight away. I have ordered quite a few pieces of garden furniture direct from them and all still in good condition. As for price the best on market as some quoted over a £1000

Log store that isnt fit for purpose.
I purchased the Large Log Store (Code: LOGLRG1). Where the two roof pieces join in the middle rain comes in the middle. So despite it saying on the product listing - 'The Rowlinson large log store is perfect for making sure your logs and sticks stays dry and aired. ' and 'Keeps Logs Dry and Aired' it does not. I emailed for advice and the customer service agent Alex informed me that this log store would never keep logs dry! So false advertising and selling a product thats not fit for purpose. If i had known that this log store doesnt keep logs dry i never would have purchased it. Now i have over £200s worth of logs that were dried for over a year that are now wet and i cant use them. The customer service was shocking, no apology and just a horrible level of arrogance. I have been buying Rowlinson products for years, but this has seriously put me off buying anything from them again. Horrendous.
