I had an excellent customer service experience with Rowsfire, especially thanks to Sara.

Before placing my order, I had a special request regarding the shipping schedule because I live in Brazil, where import taxes are very high. My plan is to have the package delivered to my brother while he is staying at an Airbnb in Kentucky for a limited time.

Sara was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She promptly answered all of my questions, explained the available options, suggested the best time to place the order, and personally offered to monitor my order and help coordinate the shipment as the delivery date approaches.

What impressed me the most was her clear communication, professionalism, and willingness to find the best solution for my situation instead of simply giving standard responses.

Although I haven't received the products yet, the customer service so far has been outstanding, and it has given me great confidence in my purchase. Thank you, Sara, for your excellent support!

Having made an incorrect order mistake I was incredibly appreciative of the customer service team, particularly Sara, in helping to resolve the issue quickly. She cancelled the incorrect order and processed the refund on the same day enabling me to order the correct item. Great service.

Honestly, Rowsfire has been doing a fantastic job making home cockpit setups more accessible for flight simmers. But what impressed me most is their attention to tactile detail. As someone who’s had the chance to step inside a real 737 cockpit, switch resistance matters a lot to me. I got to hands-on test their B-series panel from a friend, and I instantly wanted one for my own setup. The build quality and switch action legit feel like the real aircraft. Super solid lineup for anyone looking to upgrade their sim experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Rowsfire so far. The build quality of the panels is impressive, and they fit perfectly into my Airbus home cockpit. The switches feel solid, the backlighting looks great, and the products work very well with MSFS and Fenix.

What I appreciate even more is the customer support. Daniel and the team have always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in feedback and improving their products. It really feels like they care about both their customers and the flight simulation community.

I’m looking forward to expanding my cockpit with more Rowsfire products in the future. Highly recommended for anyone building an Airbus home cockpit!

As a seller of Airbus and Boeing products, I highly recommend them. In fact, I have three of their products to start building a home cockpit, and everything works a treat.
The team are very responsive, and their app is updated very regularly.
I live in France; delivery takes around ten days, and I’ve never had to pay any customs duties or other charges (unlike with other sellers).
I plan to continue buying from them with two more products (the A109 and A112).
I recommend them...

This is a company with great products, but what differentiates them from others is their exceptional customer service. I ordered their A110P pedestal, which did seem to take a long time to arrive, but communication with Rowsfire was easy, they responded quickly and they were able to reassure me. Once the product arrived, I found it to be high quality. It is easy to assemble - I would advise you put it together first before glueing to save any mistakes. There after sales care and support has been top drawer too, they have been in touch to ensure all is well. It is just the job - well worth the money. I am able to easily put in both Winwing and Rowsfire products. Very Happy with Rowsfire.

When I submitted my first order in Rowsfire I was afraid it could be go wrong. I had to wait patiently until I received my first piece. I was very happy about the quality and how easy was make it works. Then I ordered more to complete my pedestal. It’s look great and it is 100% functional. I can fly now more closer to the real life. My best friend is A320 commercial pilot and when he test my simulator for first time the only word he said was AMAZING. Thank you.

I purchased the light and radar panel, and the ordering, shipping, and delivery process was trouble-free. I made a mistake during installation, and the device didn't work as expected.
