My rowsfire products work great! Some people say it doesn't work right but in my opinion it's pure user error. I have no issues what so ever with their products and would buy them again. Thank u for creating such lovely products! Makes my home cockpit complete!

The few times I’ve had questions for customer service, they’ve been very responsive, directly answered my questions, and promptly sent out any replacement parts or documentation I’ve needed.

Warum brauche ich 3 verschiedene Tools (RowFireApp, FSUPIC und MFConnector OH Panel) um das A320 - nicht in originaltreuer Grösse zum Laufen zu bringen. Musste gar noch die Software suchen um eine COM5 Schnittstelle einzurichten! Was soll das? Für mich sind das Bastler, die via Serielle Schnittstelle ihr Panel, dass in meinen Augen sehr schlecht und billig verarbeitet ist, zum Laufen zu bringen. Aber WinWingSim hat Ihr originaltreues A320 OH Panel gerade angekündigt und dann ist Schluss mit Rowsfire. Übrigens keine Antwort auf mein schriftliche Kritik.

I was able to return a A107 V3.1 panel, apply the credit and receive a A107 Pro panel. Sara in customer service made this all possible via email. Thank you

Einfach nur Hammer. Am Anfang war ich sehr skeptisch, da meine Mails teilweise erst 2Tage später beantwortet wurden aber die Skepsis war sehr schnell weg. Sara ist einfach genial. Ich habe mein B107 innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Versand erhalten. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team!

I’ve bought multiple panels for my homecockpit setup and I must say it has been a pleasure using these panels and the experience from purchase to setup to use has been a breeze.

I must also specifically mention the effort and enthusiasm of the support staff that have been more than helpful with the purchase process as well as with updates about the products whenever there were slight delays which was again highly appreciated.

Rowsfire helped us with quick response time and positivity without complaining one bit. The process was amazing and nice. I would 100% buy from this shop again because or their help and product quality.

As concern the product the B107 it's a great product.
As the Customer service I deal with a problem concerning the panel, because there's a crack on the top right due by the shipping. I exchange some email with Sara and this morning They will send me a new replacement cover panel to fix my issue. I highly recommend this company.

Rowsfire has a superior support service, great !

Amazingly well built and great value. Seems to work flawlessly with MS 2020. With 2024 I did have some issues but I’m sure it’s the operator and not the product. The overhead panel is all metal which was unexpected for the price.

Typisch chinesische Firma. Billige Produkte – fehlerhaft und ohne jeglichen Kundenservice. Kaufen, wegwerfen und vergessen!

Typical Chinese company. Cheap products – faulty and without any support. Buy it, throw it away, and forget about it!
