This was not inexpensive, but I did need the passport for immediate travel.
All went exactly as promised and the passport was delivered on the promised date. The entire expedited process took six days.
Staff members were accessible and always polite and helpful.

The absolutly 1st reason I contacted Rushedpassport was after Google searching Expidite Passport options on Saturday Aug 29, was a live Person answered my initial call. Rushedpassport was My 3rd phone call on My Google search list. He explained the process in a very perfessional, calm, and personal mannerism. I was able to stay in direct contact via phone with the agent assigned to my case, Larry L. My passport arrived as outline from the initional telephone conversation and I was able to make my rescheduled International flight Thank You Rushed passport.

If you can afford the white glove service, it is well worth it. You’re essentially asking them to take your passport to the nearest State Dept passport office for fastest service. If you don’t live in or near a city that has one, this saves your the time it would require to DIY. They have streamlined nearly all of the process. Only thing that could be better is to display the ETA of the renewed passport when you access the portal, so you have it for easy reference.

I could not be more pleases with this company! Josh was great and they were by far the best company I ever used to get a passport. Completely transparent and customer service is incomparable to others who NEVER pickup the phone. 10 stars!!

It was a little expensive but I was the one who was trying to get a passport last minute. The process was easy they talked me through the whole thing and verified every step to make sure everything was correct. They got my passport accepted in 3 Business days. It’s being overnighted as I type this out. I have high praise for this company and if I ever need to refer someone it will be to them.

I checked other services and they were by far the best. Transparent with their prices and dates from the very beginning. Cheaper than everyone else as well when you actually see the dates you will receive. Customer service is by far better than anyone else I used as well. Highly recommend!

I would have given 5 stars because everything went smooth and good until the delivery. I understand not having control over delivery delays but for what I paid, this company should have communicated more with the shipping company and the client to ensure the client received their passport on time instead of just leaving the client to handle any issues with the shipping company on their own. I did not receive my child’s passport on time so I had to cancel our flights. I can’t even file a claim for reimbursement/refund with FedEx because the company (as the shipper) does not release the FedEx invoice to the client because per the company’s exact words “our shipping fee is a flat-rate fee that covers the shipment of documents to us as well as the return shipment of the completed passport. It is not based on or passed through as the exact amount charged by FedEx. The passport was processed and shipped within the expected timeframe on our end, and the delay occurred while the package was in transit with FedEx. As outlined in our policy, carrier delays are not eligible for a refund or reimbursement. We understand this is frustrating, but we’re unable to issue a refund for the shipping fee in this case.“

My wife and I had booked a trip to St.Maarten, and didn’t realize our passports had expired, until a week before we were departing. Process to renew was simple. 10 minutes to apply, but problem was it was going to take many weeks before we would receive it. Fortunately we found Rushed Passport on the internet, and although I was skeptical, we received the passport on Saturday for our departure on Sunday. It salvaged our summer vacation.
