Rush Passport NYC is definitely the BEST! From the moment I called I was received with a caring and very informative agent named Lakaya. I was in hysterics and Lakaya not only comforted me but she reassured me that they will do everything they can to make our trip happen. Wow...and they surely DID! It was a holiday weekend and still the turn around, the efficiency of the process truly WOW'D us and we were flying to our destination much sooner than anticipated when we realized the over look. Thank you to Same and the entire office for m making our family trip happen so we can enjoy family, make memories and truly feel like the lucky ones!

I was referred to RushPassport by a co-worker whose opinion I value, so I called and spoke with Wonda, who was incredibly helpful. I told her I didn't need it immediately, as my trip isn't planned for a few more months, but I didn't want to trust sending personal information in the US mail. She walked me through what I needed to and once completed, I expected to get my passport in four weeks. I was shocked when three days later, I received an email letting me know my passport was ready for pickup. Talk about RUSH! I was blown away it could be done that quickly. Everything was PERFECT!

Rush Passport to the rescue. We realised very close to our Travel date that our passports are about to expire, mine and my sons. The services provided by Rush Passport were professional, speedy & personalized. Sam and Ally assisted me with getting my passport renewed a week before its expiration date & I was worried I wouldn't make my upcoming trip to Montreal in a matter of weeks.
