Everyone is professional, helpful, and made sure my passport arrived in time. Could not be happier with this service. It's much more convenient than other methods and the fee is super reasonable for the quick service.

For 20 years (3x renewals) I have used Rush Passport to get my passport renewed. Once for a fairly normal renewal, once for a rush job (1 week), and then again for a real rush job (4 days). They are user friendly, super helpful, deliver faster than expected and just take all the stress out of what could be a time consuming bureaucratic nightmare. The cost is far outweighed by the service and time saved. A big thank you to Wonda, Tricia and last, not least Samuel. Hopefully I will be using them in another 10 years!!

Just excellent. I am a repeat user of “rush”. I keep coming back for a non-event process. Highly recommended if you don’t want uncertainty in your travel plans.

I recently changed my name and needed to update my passport for work. A friend recommended Rush Passport, and I was assisted by Raven. Although I don't usually write reviews, I have to say that Raven was absolutely amazing! She assured me that I would receive my passport in less than 4 weeks, but to my surprise, it arrived in about a week. The whole process was seamless, and Raven's attention to detail was the key to keeping everything moving smoothly. They say "You get what you pay for," and in this case, it's true. I'm extremely grateful for my friend's recommendation.

So pleasant to work with and convenient. Came in for 10 minutes and was out, they help you through the whole process. Got my passport on the earlier end and am so happy I chose rush passport!

Owing to a State Dep't foul-up, needed a passport issued in a few days. Rush Passport handled it smoothly. I will use them again, though hopefully in less of a panic next time.

They we amazingly quick in everything. They responded to my inquiry the same day, with clear and complete instructions. They checked about any questions, confirmed receiving my info. I had my passport within a week. Allie was friendly, prompt and competent. I rarely give 5 stars—but they deserve it!!!

The only place to go if you want to really go. Raven helped me throughly. She provided me with everything I needed to know to get my passport in less than a week. Went in on a Friday morning. Had confirmation on a Wednesday it was there. Greatful. Writing this review from Japan!

I was so nervous and anxious when I called Rush Passport but Allie was pleasant, made me feel calm and took all the worry out of the whole procedure. I cannot speak highly enough of Rush Passport! I was stressed and anxious about an expired passport and the thought of having to miss an upcoming family trip. I realized the government was not going to help me at all so I had to explore my options. From start to finish, everyone at Rush Passport was so helpful and more importantly caring and attentive. Sam was lovely beyond words and it is evident that he truly loves helping people fulfill their vacation wishes when they are in a pinch! Wonda was so calm and sweet. I knew I was in great hands. I cannot recommend them enough as they are truly one of a kind! There was a poster in the office that said “Travel. Money comes back. Time doesn’t.” Well worth the spend. I left there with a smile on my face!
