Great Experience dealing with Amanda. Communicates clearly and is very responsive.

I was skeptical about using this service being they did not have a physical location in the area I found them on Google maps . I was tight on time and tried this service . The staff at Rushedpassport was always a phone call away and answered every call to assist me with any questions or help I needed to insure the final application was ready for approval. I had everything ready to take to the Post office to get everything sealed and ready to mail out .My application was sent out on Saturday morning , during the week I recieved a confirmation email stating my passport was approved which was followed up by my passport arriving at my door that Saturday . I highly recommend Rushedpassport to take the stress out of the process of obtaining your passport quick with a very helpful friendly staff .

They definitely had patience with me during our phone calls and definitely delivered on time.

I am amazed with the professionalism Ana handled my request to renew my passport which was not expired, but I ran out of pages for stamping abroad. If the review had a million stars, I will gladly give them all. That's all I can say. From my initial call, full of doubts and uncertainty, to the arrival of the Fedex envelope on my desk, everything was flowless, seamless, fast, trustworthy. I cannot find any more adjetives. Thank you Ana, and today thank you Larry for hadling my call fast and precise. I did. not receive the passport card in the Fedex package, which I paid for it, but he explained it arrives days later. I do not recall being told about this. It would be nice to explain it to clients at the begining. Thank you so very much

Great experience. Ana was very communicative throughout the process, and I received my passport on-time. I would have loved to have a tracking number for when they shipped it back, but maybe I missed that somewhere. Thank you so much Rushedpassport!!

And when she was not available, she phoned back within 30 minutes. In this day and age of "virtual assistants", it was a pleasure to be assisted by a a pleasant and knowlegeable human like Ana B

Skeptical at first, but every person was knowledgable and responsive to any calls/emails I sent. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny if a trip is important enough. They have proven their rating on here as well as BBB.

I’m giving a 5 for Kobe. If I could give him a 10 I would. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and stayed in touch with me throughout the process.

I did have several issues with the directions not being as detailed as the forms required. I have already discussed these with Kobe and he has passed them on.

Again, thank you Kobe for your excellent work ethic. I wish more people were as dedicated as you are.

Thank you!! Very helpful and made my trip possible. Aria was so nice over the phone and took a lot of anxiety off of my mind. 5 stars!

The process was very straightforward and all feedback from staff was timely and helpful.

I have one minor gripe. Every time you open the portal, this video pops up and starts playing. It's the introductory video to help guide you through the process, but you have to open the portal multiple times to submit documents. It was easy to dismiss the pop up, but it was a nuisance.

Otherwise, excellent service.
