There truly is no one like this team. After visiting 5 locations to get a money order for my passport, I was ready to give up... but RushPassport showed up just in time to save the day. I quickly emerged with a renewed passport. Thank you so much!

When I realized I had an expired passport I thought that I would have to cancel my vacation which was one month away since everyone around me was having trouble getting passports expedited in a timely manner. In the current environment they are useless. They do forward your application but have nothing to do with delivery. In my case, the US Postal Service lost my passport and this company was of zero assistance in obtaining a replacement, despite my having purchased their "insurance" against this occurrence. They also are almost impossible to contact, so do not waste your money. CORRECTION: the experience described herein was with Rush My Passport, not Rush Passport; my apologies to this business

I called on a Saturday and was told what I needed. They sent me everything by email and I filled out all the forms. I went to their office on Monday morning and was taken care of by a lovely person and was even told how to pose for my pictures ( which came out great) I was out of there in 20 minutes. I was promised my passport by Friday but got it on Thursday. No hassles and worth the money

My wife and I brought our young daughters to Rush Passport and the entire process was smooth and easy, and also friendly ! Everyone who works there was very helpful . Roman , who it turned out is the owner , came out of his office as did another executive , to help my daughters get happily settled for their pictures ! everything was explained thoroughly and clearly AND passports were in my hands ahead of schedule. The expense I feel was well well worth it.

I was greeted very friendly and the process was fast. Everything was explained to me so there wasn’t any confusion and when we went over the screen corrections were very easy. The best part I was able to pick up my passport sooner than I I thought all in all my experience was great.

We received a call from our daughter on Wednesday evening in a panic that she was leaving for Iceland on Sunday and her passport only had 2 month and 29 days left on it. We traveled with it on January 8th and it was fine. When she checked the requirement of the country it said 6 month minimum 3 month requirement left on your passport.
We immediately went into panic mode and started searching on line what we could do. We called and spoke to Michelle who explained the whole process, emailed the forms and answered all our questions through out the evening.
The next day we went into NYC and went through the exact process we were told the night before. Everyone we were in contact with could not have been more professional and kind.
We were told to come back at 5pm the next day for the passport which we did and it was there at 5:03.
I would recommend this company in a heart beat. I hope to never have to use them again, but if the situation arose again I would not think twice.
Well worth the cost when in need.

It was very very good, from the beginning to picking up my actual passport. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and ready to assistant in what you needed. I got the slowest passport rush, I should have gotten it in about two weeks but I got it less then a week so faster then expected. I would recommend!!!
