This is in fact a scam. I have tried contacting them about my order and have received no response (order was placed two weeks ago).

I have tried to track my order using their website but the password reset functionality is broken.

Where do I start with my disappointment in Caglasses. First, my son's glasses broke the second time he used them. Next, we shipped the glasses back to the company 5 months ago, had to pay for shipping on our own, and have not received a refund. And by the way, they have a zero questions asked refund policy within a certain time period which we met. At first caglasses customer service was responsive and now they have not responded to my last few emails asking about the refund. Do not buy from this company!

This business appears to be a scam. I ordered prescription snowboard goggles in early February, paid for expedited shipping, and was told it would be 7-14 business days. Great - no problem. My card was charged. Fast-forward to mid-April, and I have still not received my order, there is nobody to contact regarding my order (because the only number and email in service are related to US operations, which I guess are distinct and they either bounce back or they have no knowledge of my order). The only way to communicate is via text message (sketchy af).

I have asked for a refund numerous times and when they do decide to respond they just thank me for my patience and let me know that my request has been "elevated."

I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get them to open an investigation and hopefully get me my money back.

This business appears to be fraudulent. Placed an order and they charged my card but sent no order confirmation. Submitted a service request through their online form but received no response. Called their customer service line and received no help.

Despite the appearance, you can NOT create an account on their site.

DO NOT order through this site.

Scam company. I asked for a cancellation before they even made the order and they kept giving me the run around for several weeks saying they have elevated it to the accounting department but never gave a time estimate for a refund and still haven't given the update they promised. I put in a chargeback request with my card company.

Edit: After posting this review they finally processed the refund, thank you. I've increased my rating to 3 stars to reflect my experience.

Excellent service! Very proactive and helpful, made it so easy.

The initial ordering process was very straightforward, however the glasses I ordered ended up being much too large for my face. Customer support has been very responsive to try to resolve the issue including suggesting different frames that are smaller.

Ordered prescription glasses during Black Friday. No invoice, email, and tracking number was given. Only found out this company is just a Chinese drop shipper after the package arrived. The prescription was completely wrong and unusable. I tried contacting their customer service email but never received any reply. Now I am stuck with a pair of unusable glasses and down $170.

Very poor quality. As an office worker, I only use my safety glasses fractionally and they totally fell apart 7 months after purchasing only to find out that they have a very poor warranty which does not cover anything. After going back and forth with the company this was their response. Never using them again.

Bought glasses on Sunday and saw other reviews indicating that this website is a scam. Tried to call--sent to voicemail. Emails bounce. I got in contact with them via the live chat and was told to wait 24-48 hours to see if they could cancel the order. Was told the same thing the next day. 4 days later, I'm told they're still trying to cancel but to wait 2 weeks. Going to have to refund through my bank...

Update: Haven't received my refund nearly a month later.

Once I reached out, they responded the same day. Even though I was the one that made the mistake with the order, they came up with a cost effective and created solution to help with without having to start over from the beginning, including saving me money. Greatly appreciated! I will be ordering more glasses from them, for sure!
